Default Encorporating the Extender

Has anyone here ever used an extender along with manual PE? I was thinking about using it for a hour after my routine while in bed. I have tried this out the last few weeks and it seems to be doing no harm. Im not really interested in using the extender as my primary source of PE, been there done that. But I feel it may be beneficial after the workout to help promote mitosis. I think the key is to keep traction low and not over do it. Rest days shouldn't include it though.

Just wondered if anyone else does anything similar?

SA: Many men use an extender in combination with PE. In fact, some advocate that it's the best way to go. Overall, they're safer than hanging. They're also useful in that they allow you to do a light form of PE while doing other things (e.g. like watching TV).

Many thanks Remek.

I didnt realise utilizing an extender with manual PE was so popular. I definately love the fact you can do other things while wearing one.

Have you ever used an extender? I personally think that maybe you need to rest even when using an extender (even though the companies don't seem to say rest days are required or beneficial). I found after 7 weeks of constant use without days off (of between 3-7 hours a day) I was left with nothing but negative PIs and if anything, less size than before!

Extenders can be used in lieu of regular length work (stretches). You should follow some form of progressive extender routine, and rest days should definitely be taken.

Thanks Big Al. I agree, I think you need to rest even if your PE is light. Do you think two days of rest in a row can be more beneficial than single days?

PE is no different than most other types of workouts- If you don't rest- you don't grow.

I took almost 3 weeks off and was larger after I came back, then before. I'd avocate at least a week or two off every few months.

Perok, I must admit, I am inclined to agree. However, I have felt for a while now there may well be more that one mechanism to cause ones member to enlarge...topic for a different thread I think though, and I need to investigate one of these mechanisms more first hand!!

Which extender should I get?

I see the Magnum is much cheaper than the others.

Or can I make one?

sdman. My advice would be to buy a quality extender if you want to use one. I suppose you could make one but I am not an expert in that field. I personally have an extender. Its pretty good, I think size genetics is linked to the JES company...which made the original extender, but Im not quite sure if the traction system may be slightly different on the two, took me many phone calls to sizegenetics before I realised you couldn't alter the traction control on the SG model while wearing the extender (well you can but you don't see the hexagons change). But Im still happy with the SG extender and I definately like the comfort padding and strap rather than a noose. I would advise you choose an extender made from medical grade material so it doesn't cause irritation (the Jes and SG both are I think). I think there are afew reputable brands of extender, like I say I used Sizegenetics, but I believe Jes and X4labs are good also. Hope this helps abit.

Oh one last thing. Don't get your hopes up with the size calculators you may see on their sites. I think they WAY over estimate your growth!

I think that rest should be even spaced out unless you've done an unusually intense routine, in which case an extra day off or 2 will help.
