Default Any "in car" routines?

For the next 3 months I'll be driving 3 hours per day..., what PE can I do to make the most of this?

I'm an experienced exerciser (1 year), but have never pumped or used a stretcher. Though, I will if it can be incorporated into this drive.

Any suggestions? I can't just do Kegels for 3 hours a day LOL.

You can do fawlers while you are driving or BTC stretch while you are setting.

I would wear a stretcher at a moderate intensity for the whole drive. If I take it easy in terms of hydrating and avoid filling up my bladder too quickly, I can wear my stretcher at a moderate level of intensity for a solid 2.5 to 3hrs and do a nice amount of kegels while I'm at it, which is a very nice way of developing a solid mind-muscle connection in that area.

I have the Penimaster and it's without a doubt one of the best investments I've ever made in my life. You could also come up with a way to do some hanging if you don't have a good stretcher.

Well... I'm building one that's small, easy and cheap. The issue is, I haven't read this Forum's Guidelines and I'm unsure if I may link something from ANOTHER PE Forum here. This way, I'll post the link and look the guidelines. If in the meantime I discover that I shouldn't have, I'll erase it.

I've been driving regulary back and forth from Georgia to Texas. There are certian long stretches that are dark when I pass though so in those parts I stop at some point and get a towel wet with the hot water from the coffee maker when I get a soda. By time I get to the car its not burning hot but works for a warm up. Use the hotel's lotion I've collected up. Do stretches, pulls and things I can do one handed. Also jelquing works well and use the seconds on the cd reader to time holdings.

Also helps in keeping awake on long drive.

Don't forget Kegels, I do light Kegels while on short drives. They are a form of stealth PE so they can be done anywhere. I also do them while watching TV.
