yes its not hard to find it just go to your local vitamin shop / nutrition shop and look at there NO2 or nitric oxide ... right now im taking plasma jet from gaspari nutrition (the only down side of it is your only supposed take it every other day) but its the first no2 i really liked and its like 75bux so dont get it if its just for PE lol

also if you go to suplimentscanada.com you can get most of you supliments close to 25-30% off and they always have deals ... but if your buying alot bodybuilding.com is better

... alitle tip for every1 vitamen C and niacine increases the effect of nitric oxide

Hey guys I just picked up a B complex at the store today because a lot of people say it's a good thing to take. I don't even know why, would some body please explain what is so beneficial in the super B?

I also take a multi vitamin and a few protein shakes a week, when I do girth work.

I am on the hunt for some L-arginine. Sounds like good stuff to me.

Without going into the pharmacology of vitamins, I'll offer this little analogy;

The body uses B vitamins rapidly. Think of them as a gang of construction workers. They come to work, strap on the tools, put on their hard hats and work like hell until they burn out. Then they go home for the night. You need a fresh crew each day.
L-Arginine IS good stuff.

Thank you for your input JonPop, I am still just curious. My B complex gives be very high amounts of Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, B12 and pantothenic Acid. Other than the pantotethenic acid my multivitamin gives me 100% of my daily value in all other supplements. Anyone know what about Thiamin, Riboflavin, B12 and B6 is so great? How can this be good for the body to take in such excess? I seems like it may have harmful effects on the body.

Okay I did some research for myself. Anybody who is curious about the exact effects of a B Complex pill. B vitamins are water soluble so they are safe to take on a daily basis. Excess B vitamins are basically excreted in the urine. They help in cell growth and regeneration along with many overall health benefits including energy production and food breakdown efficiency.

Now I'll open the bottle.

Everyone seems to be forgetting the most important supplement for circulation, that or nobody knows about it. Cayenne is the best possible option for increased blood flow. I always used to have extremely cold hands and feet but less than a week after taking cayenne pepper supplements my extremities were all warmer than they had ever been. I can tell that there is a major bloodflow increase because I always thought I was just pale naturally but now I have a darker glow to my skin. I would be taking cayenne before any other supplement for PE. I got a bottle of it at a local wholefoods store, its in 500 mg pills.
