Thimsile, have you noticed any side effects? Such as heartburn, upset stomach, burny poops or the sun seems hotter?

I can tell that there is a major bloodflow increase because I always thought I was just pale naturally but now I have a darker glow to my skin. I would be taking cayenne before any other supplement for PE. I got a bottle of it at a local wholefoods store, its in 500 mg pills.
Reading about cayenne makes you want to try it out it definately has a lot of benefits like blood flow. It also increases your metabolism and helps you burn fat. I wander if it is better then green tea extract in this aspect?

No sir, my movements do not burn at all, I have been out in the hot sun all morning comfortably, my stomach feels fine and no heartburn. If your worried you can start out taking lower doses and increase as your body gets used to the capsicum (what makes it hot). I truly believe it is the best thing for circulation.

There's a version of cayenne called "Cool Cayenne" that has ginger in it to take out some of the potential for heartburn. BTW, if you have an ulcer or think you may, you shouldn't be taking cayenne unless your health care provider thinks it is OK.

Cayenee sounds great, but I dont need it right now. I'm currently loving Garlic Ginkgo and l-lysine.

I posted earlier about how i bought these supplements and some others. Just after 2 days of using I can feel and see the difference. I woke up this morning with a huge morning wood and felt really horny, like when i was younger.

I promote Garlic , ginkgo biloba, and l lysine combo...its a 3x package that will rock your world.

Also the L lysine seems to help me heal faster after working out, kind of like a creatine almost...i think this has to do with the amino acids. I dont use creatine, havent for years, but i'm loving l lysine, which i believe is healthier.

Hope this helps anyone when choosing pills.

Default Juvenon

I take a supplement most of you will not have heard of called "Juvenon." It's not something to enhance sexual performance but it will put new energy into your life if you are over 35. It will also sharpen you mind. Juvenon was developed by a team of scientists at the University of California, Berkeley; the university owns the patent and all profits are plowed back into research so you can be assured this isn't someone's get rich quick scheme. Juvenon is a balanced formulation of acetyl-l-carnetine, alpha lipoic acid, and biotin. It delays (and even reverses, I think) cell aging by reinvigorating mitochondria, the motor, so to speak, within cells. Not everyone who tries it benefits; even the lead scientist, Bruce Ames, says he did not experience much change after taking it. I started using Juvenon when it first came to market several years ago and after about four weeks I noticed I had incredible energy and alertness throughout the day. On the other hand, my wife hasn't noticed anything even though she continues to take it. I tell all my friends about it because I think it has such great benefit. The normal dose is two pills, but a friend who is a body work therapist tried it and found that he only needed half a pill a day to get all the energy he could take! Here's the website if your are curious: Natural Cellular Health Supplements, Slow the Aging Process - Juvenon. FYI, you can only buy it direct on the web or via phone. Not sold in stores, as they say. However, you can buy the component substances in a good vitamin/supplement shop but you won't know if you have a balanced formulation. On the other hand, there's a growing body of research about Juvenon.
