Post Question on Internal Stretches

I was wondering if it's necessarily a requirement to be sitting when you do these stretches. I do most of my PE standing and sometimes in the shower where i can't sit down. actually, even if I could sit down in my shower I would never do that since I'm at school and I share a shower with a whole floor of other guys. Does sitting while performing this exercise provide a better stretch, or is it just as effective while standing?

Reggie: Doing it while standing is effective as well. As long as you feel a good stretch on your internal penis (in the perineum), you're doing it right.

Thanks for the feedback remek I tried the exercise both ways today and it always seemed to hurt for some reason when I did it while sitting. I think this might have been because I was possibly sitting on the skin that i was pulling (if that makes sense). But anyways i enjoy the standing ones better. I was doing some research on the exercise on the forums here and I dont remember the name of the user who came up with this variation of this exercise but ive decided to use his exercise. it's when you bend at the knees and lean forward while standing and holding the stretch. I felt a much deeper stretch! I like this variation a lot and im thinking about doing say 5-10 of these for 30 seconds each during my PE sessions.
