I had an old JES extender that I used for a while. It wasnt comfortable because that silicon ribbon was really bad. Could not use it for long periods of time.

However, I have seen more modern extenders, like the X4 and the Size Genetics.

My plan was to use the extender during the day, to stretch, and then, do the exercises at night. Maybe pumping a little cause I have a Vacu Tech pump.

Good plan ?

Do you have a X4 extender ? Is it nice ? Can you use it for long periods of time withouth PAIN ? What about blood circulation ? Is it OK ? Is it a practical device ?
