Hey guys, I'm currently debating on what I should do. Take a look at my stats in my signature and tell me what you would recommend. Which routine were you doing after 4 months of PE? The best way I gained was when I took a week off from PE, then I came in with a simple routine which was: -warm up -5 way stretch with 30 kegels per position + rotating stretch between reps -20 JAI stretches -4 way flaccid bend (30 seconds per position) -75 wet jelqs at 50-65% erection (one hand jelq = one rep, so each hand does 37.5 jelqs) -cool down Though I'm not completely satisfied with this routine. Here are my two new ones. I am going to alternate between these two routines. My schedule is 2 days on, 1 day off (though when I have lots of sex, on weekends mainly, I take two days off because my penis is tired). Routine one, erect girth orientated exercises: -warm up -5 way stretch with 30 kegels per position + rotating stretch between reps -20 JAI stretches -Exercise that I invented: I call it the ''assisted advanced flaccid bend''. Its really difficult to explain. I'm going to take pictures and make a step by step thread that explains it all. It's similar to the flaccid bend but much more advanced. Similar to the slinky also. -75 wet jelqs at 50-65% erection (one hand jelq = one rep, so each hand does 37.5 jelqs) 5 second strokes -1 set of Uli for 30 seconds at 90-95% erection (this exercise kills my EQ) -1 set of Compressor for 30 seconds at 90-95% erection (I love this one, though it's slight painful when I bend the erection. I love it nonetheless) -65%-75% erection bends -basic stretching (either the 5 way stretch or 20 JAI stretches) -cool down Routine two, jelq orientated: -warm up -5 way stretch with 30 kegels per position + rotating stretch between reps -20 JAI stretches -Exercise that I invented: I call it the ''assisted advanced flaccid bend''. -75 wet jelqs at 50-65% erection (one hand jelq = one rep, so each hand does 37.5 jelqs) 5 second strokes -30 V-jelqs at 65-75% erection (this jelq makes me erect) -15 side jelqs on the left, 15 side jelqs on the right -basic stretch (either 5 way or JAI) -cool down There is absolutely no masturbation/edging or ejaculation throughout these two routines. I am officially NOT going to edge or masturbate after a workout. It stops my gains. What do you guys think. I want to make this my official PE routine for the following month. I have to respect this routine at all costs. I forgot to mention, all I want is girth. I am happy with my 6.75 inch length. Some length will come with the girth exercises. I want an extra inch and a half in girth.

Personally, I like number two. Bends and compressors make my penis turtle just thinking about them. If you really want girth though, you should consider your first choice. I'm also anxious to see your new exercise. Good luck. Jayhawk

If you're going to focus on girth, then I recommend you increase the erection % for your jelqs and focus on doing slow, deliberate strokes of about 8 seconds each.

I just measured and my penis is at NBPEL: just above the 6.75 inch mark and my EG is slightly above the 5.25 inch mark.

My routine was so damn good today. I woke up with morning wood also. These two routines are official for me now. I jelqed at a higher erection level and it feels great. Slow 8 second strokes. I need to do some V-jelqing though for that girth.
