Hi guys, I'm a newbie. Have never done any Penise exercize before but figured why not, I'd love to be a little bigger and thicker. I have been reading through your forum and put together a pretty basic routine. Let me know your thoughts. At this time I have been using the bathmate alone for about a week and just received my Jelq device.
Here is what I'm thinking:
2 min: hot rag masaging to losen up
3-5 min: Bathmate warm up
Wet jelq's (I will start at 50 and go up 25 a week till I reach 200)
15-20 min: Bathmate session
I will try to do this at least 5 days a week. Does it look ok for a beginner? Would you recommend or add anything else that you feel is very important? Thanks much in advance brothers!
