Well I have to warn anyone of my own negative experiences with the VacExtenders, they are not for every anatomy. I had a LOT of issues using mine. My theory is that skin on the glans varies in strength, and some glans coverings are not as tough as others. I cold rarely go more than few days without blistering using that infernal thing. It made a wreck out of my dick. And I tried all techniques. Works for some though, Not2 being an example.

As for this thing about nooses or loops breaking a lot and wearing out. I have heard that before many times. I think it is because you are using medical grade silicone. The latter is a softer type of silicone that is clear and soft. It does not last very long, a few weeks at best. You can get red silicone cord from McMaster Carr (3/8” diameter, 96505K24) which will last for many months, I know. It eventually breaks but not after literally hundreds of hours. it is ever so slightly tougher than the clear stuff, but ever so much longer lasting too.

I had several blisters with the VacExtender 2 mod kit, but none once I upgraded to the VacExtender 3, though I still get some occasional light bruising if I use it for more than an hour per session. The VacExtender 4 is reported to have an improved head piece which reduces the bruising potential even more; however, it is not available yet as an upgrade as a mod kit.

I am all for any method that makes logging more extending hours per day feasible, I am convinced a lot of extending will add the most length given the time invested. I do not think an inch per thousand hours is accurate as we originally thought, at least after the first inch is gained, rather it seems to be more like 0.75 inch per thousand using the Madrid study. I do think extenders work well though, and I have added most of an inch to my penis in 1100 hours although it seems to have slowed down this year rather than sped up. More hours would help, but I can only stand about 4 per day.

Nooses are the only attachment method that works for me. I can't use those wide rubber strap things either, they slip off my glans because it is too small I guess. I always thought from an early age my glans was too small and extending confirms it. Not only is it a bit small it is a "grower rather than a shower" penis, which means it gets even smaller when flaccid. The only way to grip it is to do some head swell exercises then lock on tightly with a noose. It is not very comfortable although I can stand about 2 hours and my glans has significantly toughened over time from the noose being around it. I can actually see how the ring or corona has grown in response to the noose, which is a good side effect from it. It also got a lot rougher looking.

I use andropenis plus penis exercises. The key is consistency. I have slackened off in the past couple of months and the gains have been much smaller. Although I have still not reached my target, for a while, I was actually a bit concerned whether it is natural for the penis to be growing at this rate.

Andropenis says you should wear it for a maximum period of 9 months, which is approaching. Sad it may sound, I don't actually want to say goodbye to Andropenis yet as part of me still wants to see more gains (a bit over 7 inch BPEL would be ideal), although when I started and was a sceptic, I told myself that I would be happy with a 6 inch BPEL.

Really interesting stuff. I don't know if it's a real risk or not, but I worry a bit about nerve damage with the noose types. Also, does anyone know if those cheap ass extenders on eBay are any good at all? At a glance they look very similar to some well known brand names.

I have been wearing an extender regularly 3 - 4 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week for just over 27 months. Other than occasional bruising and dry glans which recover after 2 - 3 days rest, I have not experienced any other negative side effects. I have gained a little over 3/4 inch, mostly during the first year.

why a maximum of 9 months? Most guys can only average about 1000 hours in a year. I want to log over 2000 hours in mine and at my current rate, that will take just over 2 years.

Good question. I have a nagging suspicion that it is because andropenis themselves are not 100% confident about the safety of the product. This may also have something to do with why extenders work. The official theory is that it works buy promoting cell divisions in the smooth muscles. In other words, constant stretching causes some damage to the cells. The cells repair themselves by growing more new cells. The penis gets bigger in the long term because there are now a great number of cells in the smooth muscle.

However, I also read somewhere that a large part of your penis is actually hidden inside your body. It's called the inner penis. With regular stretching, you can pull some of it out, giving the appearance of a longer penis. If this is what actually happens when you use an extender (as opposed to new cell growth), then it seems there comes a point when too much of the inner penis is stretched out that it is no longer safe to continue stretching. If that is the case, then it makes perfect sense to stop using an extender after a certain period of time.

I think the scientific basis for extenders is still pretty wishy-washy. I tried researching the issue on a college textbook on human biology and not surprisingly it is completely silent on penis enlargement, although there is a detailed section on muscle growth.

Perhaps PE veterans can shed some light here.

Awesome replys! I have been working allot since I started this post, so my apologies for not keeping up with everyone on here. I have a project that I want to start on a new post. It will consist of me logging my workouts with an extender and whatever exercises I plan on doing; right now im thinking about Edging and Uli, I am really looking at girth related stuff to start with. Then I will take photos and make a chart to compare my progress once a week. This seems like the best way for me to track my progress and for other people out there to see that it is possible with allot of time and effort to get the penis they have always wanted. Or at least I hope that is what happens to me!

After researching, looking at reviews and the recommendations that everyone has posted here about extenders Im guessing they are all pretty much the same and the only difference is the opinion about noose and strap for the end of the extender. Sooo with that im going to buy the Sizedoctor, not only is it a really good price but I have seen some decent reviews on this extender. But we will see... I ordered it last night so it might take a day or two for it to come in. When I get it I will take pictures of the extender and everything that came with it.

I will put a link to the post that I start when im ready to log everything and my progress in making me a donkey! LOL! Anyway, Thanks again for all of the great reply's and keep posting!! Lets educate everyone on how to be happy with their size!! CheersnBeers!

I've been using this one. The SMP Penis Stretcher

Mainly for its simplicity and price.

My thoughts after nearly a year of light use:

It comes with rods that are way too short. On purpose I suppose so that you'll buy the extension kit. My solution was to buy a length of brass M4 threaded rod online and cut lengths as I felt it was time to increase the tension.

The comfort cushions or whatever are a must. The rubber hose that comes with them is too thick to use though. In addition to wrapping the hose with the foam, I have to cut a piece length-wise and wrap it around the bottom of the base. It was too uncomfortable on the underside of my penis without it.

In order to keep the tube from popping out once I'm lasso-ed in, I have to thread a safety pin through both sections. Easy enough to do, but over time, the hose will get so many holes in it, it will break. I need to find an online source for this hose.

I don't use it as much as I probably should. I try for at least 3-4 hours at work with an hour in between. Don't wanna use it on weekends. It is not bulky and doesn't show through my Dockers.

I've gained 1/2 and inch and I'm cool with that. No rush and normally it feels good to use it. Only sometimes, it feels like a rug burn toward the end of the hour. Or it will pinch the skin underneath the head.

I've currently been experiencing an issue with dry skin on the 'string' underneath and just below the head. It feels rough, so I scratch at it which aggravates it. I think I'm gonna try some aloe vera. When this happens, I stop stretching until I'm healed, otherwise it gets worse. I suspect this area is getting pinched when I stretch and the tender skin in that area is getting irritated.

I think that because of stretching, it has made that area (string) more pronounced. I've definitely got an extra ridge around the area where the hose goes around my penis. Nothing crazy weird looking, but it wasn't there before.
