    Ok guys,

    My Bathmate arrived last week.....so far I'm really impressed with the way my penis looks straight after use - hangs really nice and fat which is a real bonus, this effect seems to stay around for a few hours so I'm convinced with regular use in conjunction with a good pe routine gains will come my way. Here is my workout at present:-

    10 mins bath - warmup
    6 mins stretch
    10 mins Jelq
    Bathmate for 15 mins....

    I will increase the times of each portion except the warmup every two weeks i.e - 8 mins stretch, 12 jelq then probably up my bathmate to the recommended 20 mins. When ready I'll also add some girth blaster stretches whilst using the bathmate.

    Anyone out there have any advice or decent results with this device?

    Seems like a good routine to me, as with anything related to PE, consistency is the key. I gained about 1/2 inch that is permanent in a year's use with the Bathmate. Strictly talking about girth. I went from 5" MEG to 5 1/2". I haven't made any more permanent girth gains in about the past six months, but I've been upping my time under vacuum, and I get a really insane post pump flaccid, like you're talking about. Two days ago, after a 15 minute warm up, 160 wet jelqs, 60 v-jelqs, I went for a marathon pumping session of about 55 minutes. Not recommended for learners. But I've been doing this for a while now. I checked my pumped girth every ten to 15 minutes, making sure I wasn't forming a donut. At 45 minutes I noticed one starting, but pumped for another 10 minutes, after which it was really pretty pronounced. The crazy thing was, that after all that time, my girth briefly hit 6 9/16 inches, with a flaccid hang of 7 inches. It was short lived, and today has returned to being 7 inches long by 5 1/2" girth, but it seems likea promise of things to come. So good luck and stay consistent.

    I agree with ray. Even though I don't use Bathmate, I had similar experiences with air pumps. Good starting gains, then a slow down, then huge gains coming back after the marathon bouts. I did 1-2 hour sessions in multiple 20-30 minute sets, and thats when the gains came back.

    It's always best to start out light and work your way up. Pumping it up in stages is a great way to approach it as well. Start out light, and each movement add a few pumps to increase the pressure. We suggest you start with no more than 5-10 minutes, then add a few minutes each week. Work your way up to using the Bathmate for 10-20 minutes nearly every time you shower or take a bath, generally once a day. You'll also want to take 1-2 days off of rest for recovery each week. Just be careful to never induce pain!

    I use Bathmate every day even when not under shower or in a bath. I found to have better sealing when use a massage oil on a seal. Than you can take a seat on a couch a have a session on a PS3 :-)

    the suction is way better if the penis area is shaved, tried it with a little bit of hair once and found harder to get the Bathmate to hold on.

    Hi Wroey,

    Any news concerning your routine? Did you notice some gains? Isn't 10 or 15 minutes not too long for the beginning with the bathmate? Because we all heard about the problems of coloration.
