Ok guys,
My Bathmate arrived last week.....so far I'm really impressed with the way my penis looks straight after use - hangs really nice and fat which is a real bonus, this effect seems to stay around for a few hours so I'm convinced with regular use in conjunction with a good pe routine gains will come my way. Here is my workout at present:-
10 mins bath - warmup
6 mins stretch
10 mins Jelq
Bathmate for 15 mins....
I will increase the times of each portion except the warmup every two weeks i.e - 8 mins stretch, 12 jelq then probably up my bathmate to the recommended 20 mins. When ready I'll also add some girth blaster stretches whilst using the bathmate.
Anyone out there have any advice or decent results with this device?
