I've tried the exercises on and off for a few years, and quite simply I get to excited to do them properly. I'm pretty much just concerned about length right now. So I'm leaning towards getting an stretcher.
But I have no idea how to be realistic about my goals (though I can be realistic about the time and commitment)
I'm starting with a BPEL averaging 7 inches (strong erection, maybe 7.25-50, weak erection 6.85ish) with a substantial fat pad (exercising to lose the weight already occuring, down 70 pounds in a year and a half. another 50 or so to go)
and a Base girth of 6.0-6.25, midshaft of 5.75.
My ideal, dream penis is 10. I'd be happy to hit 9. anything over 9 is great. after that goal is reached and stable, I want to get alloderm graphts for girth (unless the extender has increased that too)
Am I realistic here? how do I know what a realistic goal is?
yes, I am aware the size I want is unusual. and that I should be happy with what I have and so on... but that's not what I want or why I am here.
can you point me in the right direction?
