    I've tried the exercises on and off for a few years, and quite simply I get to excited to do them properly. I'm pretty much just concerned about length right now. So I'm leaning towards getting an stretcher.

    But I have no idea how to be realistic about my goals (though I can be realistic about the time and commitment)

    I'm starting with a BPEL averaging 7 inches (strong erection, maybe 7.25-50, weak erection 6.85ish) with a substantial fat pad (exercising to lose the weight already occuring, down 70 pounds in a year and a half. another 50 or so to go)

    and a Base girth of 6.0-6.25, midshaft of 5.75.

    My ideal, dream penis is 10. I'd be happy to hit 9. anything over 9 is great. after that goal is reached and stable, I want to get alloderm graphts for girth (unless the extender has increased that too)

    Am I realistic here? how do I know what a realistic goal is?

    yes, I am aware the size I want is unusual. and that I should be happy with what I have and so on... but that's not what I want or why I am here.

    can you point me in the right direction?

    A realistic goal is whatever you are realistically willing to put into it. I have zero doubt that anybody can reach any size if they are truly committed. Just don't give yourself a timeframe. If you want a 10 then go get a damn 10!!!

    Thanks for the words of encouragement, I'd honestly keep going as long as I was netting results. If a genie popped out of a bottle and asked me, I'd say 14x8 inches.

    But I just, I need to know what's realistic, average gains for someone who starts at my size!

    My size has nothing to do with me thinking it will make me better in bed, it won't. It's just something to make ME happy. if anything gaining may limit my ability to have certain partners.

    Well whats realistic all depends on the time you are willing to invest. I dont know how many gains can be made PURELY with an extender, but if you were willing to jelq and do other things and commit a couple hours a day for 10+ years I don't see any reason why you couldn't gain 5 or more inches.

    If you are willing to extend for 4 hours a day 5 days a week for a year, I'm sure you probably could gain half an inch to an inch. It all depends entirely on the time and effort you put in.

    Totally agree. I'm using extender for a year and a half and now I'm plus 1.5'' (last 6 month extender and vacuum pump)

    What other things? Jelqing and stretching always leads to erections too soon for me to do them properly.

    May I ask what possesses you to even want to take it that length? Dude, for many women 7.5-8 is more than enough and sometime too much in length. The size you already have which we are in the same group is big even too most women. 10 is really going overboard and you will never get all that in a woman and more than likely get turned down more. I had a homey who was packing literally 9 inches and told me he wished it was a few inches less because 3/4 of the women would see it and tell him "HELL NO"! Take some time and add the pro's and con's.

    I already blow my girls mind in bed. It's not about that. It's about liking me. She doesn't want it any bigger (the girth already hurts her) but she knows what it means to me.

    It's also why I'm really only worried about length first. getting 9 is really important to me. 10 is a dream. anything over that is a wish.

    7.5 - 8 is ideal for me. Anything bigger starts to become a waste IMO. Now, that isn't to discourage or knock on your goals but just wondering why 10 would be a dream when you won't be able to use a bit of it during any form of sex? That to me would seem to be a turn off, knowing you won't be able to go all in.

    As far as the extender goes, it would depend on the time you can put into each day and all those other factors. I have no doubt you could reach 10 inches in a few years (give or take) if you put in enough hours on enough days with proper resting and as long as you get the rods to accomodate any future growth to keep your routine going. Now, I have read on here that some people did stop growing after a while by extender and they had to switch to hanging or other exercises.

    That's common for most beginners, but after a while you learn how to control them and get the erection level you want.
