Looking for Hidden Extender

I am looking for an extender that I can wear throughout the day that conceals well and is comfortable.

Then you're looking for an ads not an extender, like the phallosan or VacADS. Feel free to google them for more info on them.
Or if you wear baggy clothing you can wear a normal extender, but will have to remove it during the day many times because it cuts off circulation after 1-2 hours.

I wore an extender for 10 hours a day for 90 days straight.. normally in a 6 hour first set and a 4 hour second set.
It is definitely possible, though lose clothes help a lot. I did most of this with a penimaster standard, and later with the penimaster pro. It takes a fair amount of dedication though, even the most comfortable of extenders are uncomfortable at best during long sessions. And yes, loss of circulation is a real concern until you really get a feeling for what to look and feel for

Iwear an extender daily under my shorts or pants. Never had issues with it. After a year of wearing it around the house and at work with my wife she is still not aware that i wear it daily.
If anyone would say something it would be your spouse. A stranger probably isn't checking out your crotch that intensely and if they are probably thinks you are slightly arroused by it and are well hung.

This a picture of me in shorts at work. I am making deliveries tonight so constantly in and out of the car, walking, twisting, and going up and down stairs. No issues with comfort or visibilty. As an added note I am not wearing boxers or undies to help hide it in this photo.

I never found one that was comfortable to wear and tried most of them. Strictly the manual arts for me and it's been very successful.

I just started trying Big Al's biker passive all day stretcher with a padlock. Might not be exactly what you're looking for but it is quite comfortable for me, no worries about an extender popping off nor circulation problems.
Pretty much, just put a padlock behind the glans and let gravity do it's work while you walk and all.
