Ive been using the size genetics for about 3 1/2 months for an average of 9-12 hours everyday.
My problem is.. The only results I've seen is an increase in erection strength and better orgasms and veins popping out that I have never seen before.
But sadly no length or girth gains.. I have took proper measurements and many pics with a very good camera.
After doing some other research it seems that my routine might have not been the best. I was using the extender properly but for 9-12 hours everyday with no rest days and I used it during work.
After doing a lot of research and investing some money in the bath mate and starting kegals/Manual exercises I've found a routine that looks pretty good for me.
In total by now I'm almost at 4 Months of PE so I feel that I can handle this workout.
1) Warmup with rice sock / Warm water for 10 minutes
2) Get a 70-80% Erection and use the bath mate for 20 minutes doing all the streches.
3) Jelq for 15 Minutes
4) Use the SizeGenetics for 9-12 Hours
5) 5 PE days 2 Off
How does this sound to everyone? If you guys could give me any advice or if you think anything is wrong. Please let me know.
