When I move into my dorm, I am going to have very little time to get my hanging sets in, since I do 20 minute sets, and I don't want my roommates to wonder why I'm in the bathroom for over an hour every day. However, I go back home every weekend, where I have enough time to do my sets regularly. I am determined to get at least 1 set in on the weekdays, since "Hanging 101" recommends at least one set on rest days unless injured or incredibly fatigued.
I am currently adding either a set or an increase of weight each week. Should I no longer add any more weight or sets every week when I move into my dorm? Or should I add weight/sets every month instead? I really want to continue making the best gains possible, so all input greatly appreciated!
