Today is my rest day but I tried the following:
I took a sock folded it put it around the middle of my penis and take a shoelace put one end around the sock and tie two 0.5kg weights on the other end (0.5+0.5=1kg --> 2.2pounds) and let it hang for about 15mins and after that a took a shower to cool it down, I wasn't in pain or anything just in case...
Dunno why but in the shower I noticed that my head was bigger, maybe due hanging, could also have been my imagination o.O... but since I have phimosis I can't really check while having an erection xD.
My question is now, was it a good idea what I've done, should I continue doing it, what is that hanging even doing?
And about the stamina:
Over the last view days I noticed an increase in volume when flaccid, it could also be my penis trying to get hard, but I hope that's good
I am doing kegels again, in fact I am doing them right now and I am drinking my second cup of green tea^^...
I noticed that my erections got harder but I always feel there's more to go
I tried to cure my phimosis by doing stretching for 45mins a day for a week, but without any improvement, to those who cured theirs, what did you do and for how long until you saw results?
