Due to time restraints I'm limited to three 20 minute hangings sets (plus warm-ups/downs and 10 minute breaks between sets) but am starting to think I need to increase the weight more than I already have.
I took quite a while off from hanging so I started back at 2.5lbs, then 3, then 3.5lbs which was my previous max weight due to the routine I was on, but that didn't seem like it was doing much for me. Due to that I bumped up to 4lbs which felt a little better, but I'm not sure if it's getting me to the point I need to be at. Just completed my 3rd day at this weight and still I can feel like I could hang another set afterwards. I just can't figure out if I'm going to be jumping the gun here or if it's time to again move up weight, maybe .5 or another 1lb.
Edit: I am on a 2 on 1 off schedule since that what my body seems to like, or at least did, but rather than increasing weights could it be going to 3 on 1 off that may be needed?
