    Hey everybody,

    I have a quick and simply question and would really appreciate any feedback. I ordered my Bib starter, hopefully it will arrive in the next couple of weeks. My question is that is it okay to split up sets? I'm talking about instead of doing 4 sets right after each other, could I do 2 sets in the morning and then 2 sets at night? Would it be just as effective or should I just do them right after each other?

    Hanging is quite forgiving as far as splitting up your sets, as long as you're shooting for about an hour each day under tension you should be fine. The only advantage with hanging all sets together for me personally is that my penis will desensitize a little after my first set, which makes it a bit more comfortable for my last 2-3 sets (strictly speaking of attachment point pressure here). Sometimes I do all of my sets at once, other times I split it up however I have to. You should be just fine

    What is your erect girth? I ask because those with larger girth can have some issues with the starter (I use it comfortably with a 5.3" girth, 5.5" seems to be the point where it becomes uncomfortable for most people around here)

    It doesnt matter, you can split them up or do them all at once. You will benefit either way as long as you get your sets in. Look in the devices forum and click on the sticky thread at the top. There are several great threads on hanging. Just start slow and no matter what do not push it untill you get the wrapping down and the hanger adjustment set. It will take a week or so and even then you may find that you need to make adjustments but it is worth it, even if it takes a month to get your settings and wrapping correct. Once that is done then it is all about progression with sets and/or weight.

    Thanks guys!

    I was only asking because I work part time Tuesdays and Thursdays and I have online classes the rest of the days. On the work days, I usually get off at 6 PM and I'm home by 7 PM and I like to hit the gym right after, so I wouldn't have so much time on those days to hang a lot of sets right after each other. So I'm thinking on my work days, I will do about 2 sets in the morning with proper warm up of course, and 2 more at night after my gym session. Don, my current erect girth is around 5.5 inches.

    Hey guys!

    I received the Bib Starter in the mail today. I decided that I'm going to do a month of jelqing and stretching before I start using the hanger. What do you guys think? Oh and any help with how to do the wrapping would be greatly appreciated.

    I think you'll find that more and more of us bypass the warm up with hanging these days, there are few threads on it.
    i warm up hanging... 5# for 1 minute 8# for a couple minutes then 10 for 1 and them my weight, currently 13#

    Do you recommend a month of doing jelqs and stretches before I start hanging, or could I just jump straight to hanging with really low weight (2 lbs)?
