Hey everybody,
I have a quick and simply question and would really appreciate any feedback. I ordered my Bib starter, hopefully it will arrive in the next couple of weeks. My question is that is it okay to split up sets? I'm talking about instead of doing 4 sets right after each other, could I do 2 sets in the morning and then 2 sets at night? Would it be just as effective or should I just do them right after each other?

I decided that I'm going to do a month of jelqing and stretching before I start using the hanger. What do you guys think? Oh and any help with how to do the wrapping would be greatly appreciated.
