After my first set this morning, I decided to throw on my old extender. I was wondering if this is a good idea or not? I'm certain someone else has thought of this or using an ADS.

I have never used an extender but I know that there are hangers that do. I dont see anytghing wrong with the idea.

TwitterI have the bib and a vac extender, might not do any harm to put it on for a bit before bed. Will give a good stretch, might help with healing in a longer state ?
Always have a better flacid length with my extender than my bib, and is way more comfortable to wear when tired, no proof but can't hurt.

Had a quick look at bed fowfers, never tried them, so don't know if I could fall asleep that way or if it has any problems, but it might do the same thing with healing at night ?

'Bed Fowfers' or 'All Night Bed Fowfers' creates dual results with me (length and girth). I wake up with long, thick, veiny boners that are red hot and throbbing. They go away as soon as I get out of bed, but very, very motivating to say the least.

I really cant stand the bib, so hopefully this routine will work.
3 sets @ 5-8lbs 15 mins
3-4 hours of extending.
What do u think about that?

Sounds good, I would recommend buying a penimaster pro from germany.I just ordered a sg extender, and i plan on using the bib to really work those ligs out (pretty much maxed my lig gains: .25") then stretching with the extender upwards to hopefully get the tunica to stretch.
I really cant stand the bib, so hopefully this routine will work.

Make your hanging sets as heavy as possible for those 15 mins.
I'm doing exactly the same as youplus I add some clamping.
Waking up hanging 3x 15min sets (heavy as I can during sets build down ofcourse) then extend for as long as I can, then in the evening 3 -5 clamping sets of 10min each. In the morning start over again...

Although either idea (mine: lower weight, longer extender time; Yours: high weight short stents and then extender) should produce results, I believe your approach will cause a stronger CC (plateau) in a shorter time than my approach. That's great! Our routines will be so similar I'd love to hear about your results.. Will you be extending upwards as well?
One thing I should mention would be to tread carefully with the clamping. It really might interfere with the hanging, although if you think you are up to it, go for it!
Only reason I am saying this is because bib reccomends to stay away from girth when hanging for legnth.
