What happens when the penis reach the end of the pump's cylinder?

I am a beginner at pumping (3rd week now) and I have some cylinder concern...

When I ordered my first (and so far only) pump, it was on the shop's web site stated that the depth is 22 cm. That was a good thing for me since most pumps in Swedish shops are 20 cm deep and I wanted a little more. But when I got it I discovered that this was not accurate, the depth is about 20.5 cm.

Anyway, I kept it since I had not found any affordable alternative. And I thought that maybe it would be enough for me.

My BPEL to start with is 18.5 cm, and now I have seen that at a pressure of 5 inHg I reach 19.5 cm and at 6 inHg I reach 19.7 cm. So naturally I am becoming concerned about what to do if my length increases another cm. I have a slight hope that if the penis can't grow in length any more in the tube, it will grow in girth instead. That would be really nice I think, but I am very uncertain about this.

So... does anyone here has experience of the penis growing until it reaches the end of the pump's cylinder?
And what happened?

Find a bigger cylinder. Some penis pumps offer this option. I've seen some on Amazon with this feature. By the way, what pump are you using?

I do not think there is a bigger cylinder for this pump. When (if) I need a larger cylinder I will probably need to buy a new pump.
I bought the "PenisPump Deluxe" from Swedish web shop www.vuxen.se ("vuxen" is Swedish for "adult"). The article number for this pump is 0517810 and the price was 399 SEK (about 60 USD). I'm currently at work and cannot create a direct link since pornographic web sites are blocked, fortunately they haven't listed pegym (yet...).
I think this is a generic branded pump since I have seen very similar looking pumps with other names on other web shops, where the penetration depth has been stated as the more correct 20 cm.

I prefer buying from Swedish shops since it is easier to pay and contact. So Amazon is not really an option for me.

I actually do not think I will explode, even though it might look cool/funny/scary/strange on youtube.

What I am concerned about in my tube (!) is that the top of my penis' head might get sucked into that little hole where the pump sucks out the air. I really do not think that would be a pleasurable experience or very good for the skin at the top.

One thing I am thinking about is cutting a disc from some spongy material and putting that in the far end of the cylinder. Might cushion the blow, so to speak.
In another thread here I read the advice that it can be a good idea to choose a narrow cylinder in order to gain length rather that girth when pumping. The idea being that the penis fills out the width of the cylinder, so the only way to expand is to get longer.

Since I rather increase girth than length I think it would be nice to be able to do the opposite. Stop the lenght growing possibilities in order to promote girth growing. But I am unsure if that is possible.
Has anyone experience regarding this?

PS: I still do not want to order from shops outside Sweden.

I know this might sound terribly silly, but your pump does have a release valve, yes? So why wouldn't you release the pressure before you hit the end?
Quite apart from that, I am sure there are adult shops in Sweden that sell larger cylinders, or they would be able to get them in for you.
