    Im still not sure if my extender is working. i have a good amount of fat in the pelvis area around my penis, and when im using the extender, it almost feels like the extender is just pushing the fat away, rather than stretching the penis. what should u feel when its working? i feel pain where the strap is held on, but not in the shaft, and i can push on the shaft and it gives a little, meaning its not fully stretched to its limit, but when i lengthen the PE any further my head slips out of the strap. any knowledge or suggestions on this issue?

    Hmm..are you adjusting the device to apply tension? Also, readjust or reattach the device until you're comfortable. Remember, you wear it 30-60 minutes at a time then take a break, massage the shaft for blood flow and then it's back on!! Hahaha
    In all honesty, the slippage means you have to try and reattach it until it's good, don't rush it on!

    im using the size doctor extender and i have the band, but i recently purchased the 4x comfort strap attachment as well im just now trying the comfort strap, but having difficulty putting it on. ive watched the vids, but again, my pelvic ft wants to hide my shaft and push the PE away so i have to hang onto the head for dear life while strapping it down or it slips back into its hiding spot and i have to start all over, lol its weird because i have a 6.125" while erect, but its damn near an inny while soft, lol. again because of the pelvic fat. (which im trying to get rid of). how do you adjust the device for tension? i just thought it was the pull of the springs that gave some tension.

    I will tell you what i do with the same exact extender name brand and all to get a better grip with the noose. Cut a piece of tank top or wife beater or whatever you call it. Cut the strip into a rectangle that is 4 inches long and 1.75 inches wide. Put that cloth strip over the notches that you push the silicone into to secure it. This should make the silicone slightly wider and fit more tightly into the notches. Also helps not having silicone touch the plastic directly being that it slips pretty easily having fabric between the two keeps sliding from happening especially when you dont like extending without enough moisture on your junk... the oil just lubes everything even more so its the only solution ive found.     Just a note, I started wrapping my penis with ace bandage to add head swell and I feel it working (better than prior). Just a note, give it a shot!

    i have never used oils.. i hear ppl talk about moisturizing, oil, etc.. and i dont know how any of that works.. i literally stand up around midnight, grab the PE, hook it up, wait 1-2hrs, and take it off and go to bed.. is this not correct? lol if not pls explain, idk.

    wrapping your shaft, not your head, will help create a head swell (penis swells up) and it's supposedly supposed to help increase length gains.
    If you sit at your desk for 3-6 hours a day, you can wear the extender device while sitting at your desk. Removing and reattaching every time you visit the lavatory.

    so i should just wrap my shaft in ace bandage and keep it like that for how long? and do i do this while im using my extender or just by itself? and how much ace bandage? im having lot of trouble getting my PE to not slip off, ecause my fat pushed it forward and it slides off, any suggestions on how to get better grip

    I rarely feel the stretch either and I have the same issue when I increase the resistance. I dont think the fat pad is a issue though. My x4 has 3 tension lines and I use the middle one which puts some pretty good tension on it abd extends a half inch past my bpel so I think the tension is good. If I try to extend at the last line for the most part my gead will slip through within 5 minutes.
