Default Anyone find results (or opposite) from daily stretching?

I understand the need (and even confusion around) only doing the hardcore jelq style exercises a couple times a week to not overdo it but has anyone had success with some more or less 5 to 7 days a week stretching, even if some days it is lighter than others?

I have so many opportunities in driving to manual stretch for a good 30 to 60 minutes a day but wonder if that will somehow stop the penis from achieving the correct gains. I am picking up my old routines from 10 years ago with some of the new theories and though my focus is more girth than length (hoping to hit 8.0 BPEL) I was curious if the stretching on a near daily basis my aid in this?

Any experience with that?

Following the TGC theory I stretch more than jelg so yes, I'm basically a long term stretcher. (11 months)
My gains are shown below.

After heating up i stretch at least 20 minutes before jelqing 5 days a week and i just did a 5 week measure and i've gained
3/4 " bpel

Stretching lightly is something that you can do every day. Some veterans actually encourage daily stretching, moreso as an anti-turtling regiment. I think it's much harder to overtrain with stretching, but it's not impossible. Your dick needs rest to grow. It grows when you aren't working it.

Hey P,

With you on that. I have been thinking about the stress that stretching may place on the penis as opposed to the jelqing exercises. Not that we have much in the way of research on this but was wondering it it was best to do some "hard" stretching on the same day as jelqing and then rest the next day (or two) or if maybe the days would be better alternated. This of course would have one essentially doing PE every day (Monday - girth/jelq, Tuesday - stretch, Wednesday - girth/jelg, Thursday - stretch, etc.) but if stretching works the muscles differently, maybe this would help. Then again, could be counter productive.

Currently I am doing this 3 to 4 days a week with about 30 minutes of jelq/uli work, 40 minutes of stretching and even 20 to 40 minutes of pumping. Pretty much day on/day off, but was curious if anyone doing this long enough tried both ways and found a difference.

I do all my PE in the morning. Stretch first while flaccid, then Jelq. I do light stretching during the day, pee pulls, etc.
