Hey guys, looking for everyones opinion on improving eq. Im taking a 30 day break, think I overtrained, I noticed last night as I was rubbing one off, that my eq has improved about .5 a point, Im about 10 days into my break. Wondering if most of the gurus look to rest or pe for EQ improvements. If pe is the answer, what exactly are most of you doing to raise EQ? Ive been concentrating during my break on my kegeels, 50 a day three days a week, also edging. Thanks for the help guys...

I wouldn't call this exactly a rest bhb.
Kegals are good for Eq, you could increase these.

When you take a long break from PE, you decondition your penis. The more you exercise, the more your penis becomes tougher and resists these exercises. You need a break so that your exercises can enlarge your penis.

Also, during a PE break, your EQ will go back up. Your penis is well rested and back to it's normal state. It is now stronger because of the previous exercises. Take a good few weeks off. Your EQ will be back. Make sure you DO NOT kegel during your break.

For EQ, I recommend erect kegels (once your break is over) and O bends. If you need more info on O bends, I'll give you a link to a thread. Keep it up

I just edge during PE breaks this improves the EQ.

Completed my break, EQ remained the same, I would say Im an 8 most days, 9 on a really good day. Ive been concentrating on my kegeels flacid and erect(which have been difficult with the eq level and not staying erect long without stimulatioin) and my girth routine, not showing any improvement, gettin frustrated. Went to the clinic the have my testosterone level and blood checked, waiting on the results....
