I'd venture to guess they are. I joined MOS a few years back and never got into it. The PE gym is so much more worth while in my opinion. I think MOS is more for seriously hard core PE'ers who border on the absurd and downright dangerous with some of their exercises. | |

That is not a problem my dear friend tabqwerty (cool username btw )I will show you the path to the penile exercising kingdom. Simply read this thread: http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...r-routine.html Follow everything step by step. Learn your technique. It will take a considerable amount of time to learn how to exercise your ding dong. The most important rule to follow: Do not over-train. Take it easy. One more specification, in JP's routine, he gives you a 5 day on/2 day off schedule. This is usually too intense for beginners. Stick to a ''1 day on/2 day off'' plan for a while if you need to. Gradually increase intensity. Every single question imaginable has been asked already. Simply browse the beginner forum for threads. Also make threads yourself and all your questions will be answered. Feel free to use the PM system to contact moderators and members.

As Radiohead stated, follow JP's newbie routine to the letter "T" for 90 days. This is done as a conditioning period to get your tool acclamated to PE exercises and more strenuous exercises down the line. Good luck.

I'm not a fan of MOS either. I think the site was pretty good a few years back but now it is poorly supported, not updated enough and just not very well maintained. The PE Gym for me is a much more active and informative site, with the added bonus it's free!!
