Beaver, that might work. Have you tried wrapping or ADSing?

remek I have another question for you on this then, the only way I know how to ask it is to say what my routine is going to be or what I think it is going to be and then if you could give me your thoughts on it. I just purchased a pump and a extender. I know I am no where close to being ready for clamping so that is not even on my list of things to do for at least 2 to 3 months. Now with the pump and the extender I am figuring this will be my routine as follows. 10 minute warm up 2 hrs using the extender 10 to 15 min pump session 2 min jelq 10 to 15 min pump session 2 min jelq and then will do to more of each of those I am figuring instead of streatching using the extender which actually should give me a really good streatch. I thought about doing it after the pump and jelq sessions, but you are suppose to use the extender in the flassid state. How does this routine sound, and do you think I should do another warm up session of 10 min after I am done with the extender and getting ready to start the pump and jelq sessions? Thanks Amdman |

amdman: I could help you a little more if you update me on your current routine. You may want to jelq for 5 minutes, as 2 minutes isn't that much. My only problem with the outline above is that both extenders and pumps have helped men gain, but usually when combined with a solid PE routine--and you only have 6 minutes of real PE with the routine listed. About the warm up: I suggest warming up for your first two sessions and not the last. |

Right now I am doing a warm up, followed by stretching, and then jelq. 5 to 10min warm up 30 sec stretch for each direction being 2 min. of stretching and then 5 min of jelq I do this right now 1 day exercise, 1 day off and so on I am still following the begginers guide right now, and as I said I don't feel I am getting a good stretch at all that being the reason for using the stretching device. I just ordered the pump and the stretching device so I haven't started a routine with them yet. That is why I was wondering if that outline sounded good or not. On that routine I posted I was going to be doing two more sessions with jelq's and pumping a total of 10 min total of jelq. So what you are saying is I should do is this? 5 to 10min warm up 2 hr stretching device 5 to 10min warm up 10 to 15min pump session 5min jelq 10 to 15min pump session 5min jelq 10 to 15min pump session 5min jelq 10 to 15min pump session 5min jelq giving a total of 20 min total on jelq's that being around 150 jelq's between each pump session a total of 600 jelq's isn't that a bit much? where as I was planning on 8min of jelq's total which would be 60 jelq's between each pump session a total of 240 jelq's Don't you think that 600 total jelq's will be too much I don't want to over train and or cause any injuries. Please let me know what you think sounds better? Last edited by amdman; 09-30-2007 at 08:44 PM. |

amdman: Yea, I think that routine is definitely too much considering you are still a beginner. I wouldn't recommend using both of those devices just yet. You might want to try just one for now. And if your PIs are healthy, then after a month you can add the other.

ok, well since I don't feel I am getting a good stretch manually then do you think it would be safe to only use the stretching device for 2 hrs a day, so my routine would look like this. 5 to 10min warm up 2 hr stretching device 5min warm up then 5 min of jelq does that look good at for now that way I know I am getting a good stretch in before the jelq routine? |

Yea, that looks good. How are you PIs, by the way? If you have healthy PIs, you may want to try jelqing more.

![]() | i've tried wrapping at the base and ive tried golf weights i found both kind of unnerving for different reasons. the golf weights were just a bit of a hassle, the wrapping made me nervous, because if i had it tight enough to keep extra blood in there, it was also tight enough to make it colder and a little darker.

Beaver: You just named the biggest cons of both. Try your pumping idea and let us know if it works!
