sorry it took so long to reply.i didnt realize i had a question. i just happened to browse over it. anyway, from what i have learned about pumping so far is lower hg is better. i usually do first round at 3 hg for about 5 to 10 min. release then massage or jelq for a couple min. although my understand is jelqing between sets is better. 2nd round i up to 4 or 5 hg depending on my sensitivity that day. for about 15 min. then release...jelq then repeat. i do this for a few sets. now i'm not recomending this, because you need to be conditioned before you advance. but for me i do as many as time allows. could be an hour could be 2. somedays i can go over 5 hg and be comfortable at 6 or 7 hg. I DO NOT GO OVER 7!!! this isnt a quicky exercise. its bad and mean and will fuck your world up if you abuse it. i suggest your first 2 or 3 months to never go over 4 hg, even if you feel you can. after 3 months of 4 hg max you should be able to handle 5hg...some people cant though. you know your dick better than anyone else, advance only as it allows you to. the turtle wins the race. |

just remember the most important part. PATIENCE. it is so easy to watch your dick swell up and be impressive.then start think a little more wont hurt, then a little more.etc... and yes it will fill up bigger everytime till your so thrilled about the instant hugeness, that you forget about the damage your doing. plus all the fast thickness is just lymph bloat, and the next day your at square one again. lower hg's will take longer but your dick chambers stretch and eventually grow. so resist the dark side young jedi and good luck |

I am wondering, if you get permanent groath out of using a pump by including Jelqing while using the pump. I am needing to know if it will be worth the envestment or not, cause if you can't get permanent effects from it then it won't be worth purchasing at least I don't think so. I am also wondering since you use lower preasure does that keep you from looking deformed. I have seen pics of guys who use them and they look deformed, and I have read that the effects they get are only temporary.

Here's an interesting thought that i don't remember if I've had before: Would being inside of a pump at only 1 or 2 mm-hg be a good way to resist turtling in between clamping sets, or after? |
