Zulu, The Mandingo explanation had me confused as well. My understanding is that while standing you grab behind your glans with an overhand grip (thumb under the glans), with your forearm roughly parallel with your shoulders, then rotate the top of your right hand down toward the floor until your knuckles hit your shaft, then hold it against your abdomen. Pull up and rotate your knuckles further toward the floor to create leverage. I could easily be wrong but that is my understanding of it. If I do have it right I have a question, how dangerous is this stretch for the dorsal nerve? It seems there is alot of torque and a pretty sharp bend right at the top of the shaft when you do this? Also, I was trying to follow the Fulcrum Stretch instructions and I think I discovered a variation on the stretch. Instead of bending your shaft to the left under your left hand, hold it straight up and rotate the bottom of your left hand up toward the ceiling while rotating your right hand down toward the floor, your left and right hands should end up with your knuckles touching to give some really good leverage with not too much effort.

Dickenstein, your explanation of the mandingo stretch is wrong. Your palm is facing your face while you rotate.

That part of my explanation was pretty bad. When I say rotate your knuckles further toward the floor my meaning is that your knuckles are moving up toward the ceiling then out (or over toward the floor), this leaves your palm facing your face, when there is tension on the stretch. Now I am confused as well as my understanding of the stretch does leave your palm facing your face. Is this correct?

-5 way basic stretch: 2 sets @ 15 kegels per position - so you do 15 kegels and thats the end of the stretch ? -Rotating Stretch: 5 on the left, 5 on the right - what do you mean by 5 on the left and 5 on the right ? -Internal Stretch: 5 sets @ 30 seconds each (inner penis) -A stretch: 3 sets @ 20 seconds each (overall penis) -Mandingo stretch: 6 sets @ 15 seconds each (inner penis) -Fulcrum stretch (downwards): 3 sets @ 30 seconds each (inner penis) and should you do jelg after you have done the strecthes ? |

If you're an advanced exerciser, then you know your limits. Do what you want to do. If you dont know what youre doing, then you shouldnt attempt the routine.
