I performed this routine today and it's really cool for stretching ligaments and inner penis. The idea with this routine is to pull out the inner penis. For advanced users only! -Warm up -5 way basic stretch: 2 sets @ 15 kegels per position (ligs) -Rotating Stretch: 5 on the left, 5 on the right (ligs) -Internal Stretch: 5 sets @ 30 seconds each (inner penis) -A stretch: 3 sets @ 20 seconds each (overall penis) -Mandingo stretch: 6 sets @ 15 seconds each (inner penis) -Fulcrum stretch (downwards): 3 sets @ 30 seconds each (inner penis) -Warm down This will give your inner penis quite a workout. I predict that if you do this routine 20 times with plenty of rest, you will gain some nice erect length. Try it out, tell me what you think.

Wow sounds excellent! I've become a fan of your routines as of late. Will give this one a try but should probably stay with your girth routines first. Thanks!

Nice. How do we do the internal stretch and the fulcrum stretch, if you don't mind? Usually when I do the mandingo stretch, I do 3 sets of 60 second holds. What do you think of that? |

Oh god, I saw I briefly searched online and found a 20 page thread on the mandingo stretch. Plenty of mention of hara-kiri among other things. Since you get it Radiohead, do you think you could explain? The fulcrum too if it's not too much trouble?

As for the mandingo stretch, there is quite a bit of strain in the penis when you perform this exercise. 60 seconds is a very long time to have such strain going through it. I shot for 15 seconds at a time, this wont exhaust my shaft but it will stretch the inner penis. If you want a mandingo stretch variation, you can perform ''JAI mandingo stretches'' where you pull on the penis lightly and then let go repeatedly like a JAI. Quote:
You should definitely just stick to your girth routine. Every two weeks, you can alternate the routines. To get results from a routine, you need to stay with it for a minimum of 2 weeks. Can you please link the thread on the mandingo stretch? I would really appreciate it. I found a thread similar to that one on the MoS forums. Was yours from TP? As for the fulcrum stretch, I will be writing a detailed explanation tomorrow. It's all a matter of leverage. I really need to sleep now. I had my first day at College and it kicked ass. I may have to try this routine after my next break seems good. but how do you do the fulcrum stretch and madingo stretch ? And how many days a week do you think you should do ? |
