Exclamation Looking for a new direction after 90 day program

Hey, i am a relatively newer member, i have been PEing since the beginning of summer. I have had great gains (see signature) from it, possible attributed to my strong pelvic floor muscles which result in very hard erections, but im only theorizing. I am coming up upon the last week of the 90 day JP program, and i am not sure what to do now. I saw a post from remek about an intermediate program but i cannot for the life of me find it again. How often should i be working out? Should i have an on/off schedule, or is it still a 5 days with the weekend off thing? I'm a very excited nooby looking to realize a dream i never thought possible. I would appreciate any link to remeks post or another intermediate training program and any explanation as to a schedule for these. Thank you for you help, and i love this site!

I know radiohead had a 4 week intermediate routine. Not sure about Remek. I've had such great success with JP's that I'm going to modify it slightly and stay with it. I'm simply going to add some more strenuous exersizes to what I've already been doing and see what happens. Can't knock what works and the 90 day begginer really worked for me.

Good Luck!!

Congrats on the gains Biglefty and like PH says why change whats working . Just because its called a 90 day program doesnt mean it cant create gains into 180 days. I read on here a guy was still using it after 9 months and still gaining.

That's another very important rule.

If something works, don't change it. Keep the 90 day beginner routine.

When you hit a plateau (period of time where you dont gain anymore), you can modify the routine to increase intensity.

I appreciate the feedback and i suppose you are right. Just for convenience sake though, what would you suggest after this routine begins to plateau?

How long would it be to considered a plateau? A month? Two?

I'll be reaching 90 days next week, and I at least intend to stick with the newbie routine for at least three more months after a week off.

Everybody is different.

Plateau comes when you dont gain from a routine anymore. You'll notice the difference yourself.
