I've been doing this for a little while now. It can feel a little awkward, but you get used to it. 1) Trim the hair behind your testicles, in front of your anus (the perineum). You dont want pubic hair in the way. 2) Lube up your finger tips (on each hand) and place your fingers together (your hand should be flat), like as if you were gonna give yourself a ''High 5''. 3) Jelq your perineum! (you'll need to curl your fingers obviously). You are basically starting in front of your anus, then jelqing up into your scrotum. 1 hand = 1 rep. Do 20 reps. 4) Youre basically applying pressure at the base of the perineum and moving upwards. 5) this works best with an erection because your perineum is full of blood when youre hard. The movement looks like as if you were scratching yourself between the anus and testicles. This may seem awkward, but I think I gained some length from this, combined with sock hanging. Give it a try!

I actually do this a lot when I'm beating off. It's an indirect massage of the prostate, if nothing else. Feels frickin' awesome, too! |

I tired your perineum technique, and I really like it. I get a lot of expanse. I jelq the perineum but then I also grab the testicles and shaft and continue outward in a bit of an inner stretch. Might be killing two birds with on jelq. Thanks for the tip! |

Everything's something I'll give this a go and see if I notice, or even just feel like it's doing anything at all ![]() Also, sock hanging? What's that? aha. Sorry, still an idiot in some aspects here.

I did that before it works really good. But the effects will be short term compared to results from other methods, imo.
