I've been at this for a while now (coming up to a year), and been sticking to routines that work. Only issue... I'm getting VERY minor gains for the time I've put into my dick. So far, I've grown from a 6 inch EL to a 6.9, with growth having similar gains. It has been increasingly frustrating now that I have hit the ultimate plateau. From my research, the only way to break a plateau is to change exercises or increase intensity. Right now, this is what I'm doing... Routine 1 5-7min warmup Erect stretch, 20sec each direction, 5 sets Horse Squeeze, 25-30 reps, 3 sets Jelqing 150-200 reps 2-3min warmdown Routine 2 5-7min warmup A-stretch, 30sec, 5 sets Compressor, 20sec, 5 sets Jelquing 150-200 reps 2-3min warmdown Jelqing I've found the only way I feel like I'm getting any gains with jelqing is with 75% erection level and a tight grip. When I go any lower in erection level or if I lighten my grip, I feel like I'm getting nothing accomplished, and it has shown no gains when I've tried it other ways. I workout every other day (3 days a week approx.) After about 5 days without working out, I lose my gains rapidly and have to work hard to get back to the point where I plateau. Now, to me, this seems like a pretty intense workout. I've had no injuries of any kind with these exercises. I have tried changing exercises, but I still seem to be going nowhere and I'm lacking the feeling of accomplishment that I get with the above exercises. Do I HAVE to go even MORE intense, just for maybe another half an inch? what am I doing wrong. I'm starting to lose faith. |

Try HEATing up for 15-20 minutes rather than 5-7. Ever consider one of Less Izmore's routines? Try cutting back on the jelgs and increasing the stretches, especially increasing duration and tension of stretches. Or cut back on stretches and increase jelging duration and intensity. Rather than every other day maybe try 2 on and 1 off or 2 on and 2 off. Whatever changes you make, give it at least a couple of weeks before you trash that routine or decide you need something new. You've gained an inch so far, so you know it works and losing faith makes no sense based on your previous success. I really think that just by HEATing up longer you can jumpstart your growth.
