Interesting pe Zen thanks for sharing the info. Just curious...how much are these bathmates anyway, I'm seeing more and more posts on the gym about these?

I've seen em on eBay for 75 bucks...not sure if they're the real thing but they seem to be - normal pumps are messy, inconvenient, and cause injuries! while the bathmate doesn't overpressurize the penis, but encourages 'engorgement' naturally, and feels good I hear which is an added bonus

More regarding the -=-Internal Stretch #1-=-:

-For the 'underneath' hand, I feel like I'm wrapping my fingers slightly around the ligament when I 'pull the trigger' - of course one could push on the ligament as well, creating all sorts of angles
-stay very relaxed VISUALIZE the ligament stretching gradually to its maximum (can't stress this enough)
-focus attention at the base of the ligament, where it joins by the taint, you should feel it strongly here
-For all of us 'slow gainers' with low starting LOT I would suggest that the upper hand stretch NORTH (12:00) at different angles, this will feel very effective also

The theory is that you are stretching all along the penis ligament, rather than just the outer part which most of us do, with limited results UNTIL NOW!!! can't wait to share some of my ballooning exercizes with you all

Thanks for the info Zen, I really need to set aside some time and try this internal stretch. It sounds intense. I think a video would be great explanation because I don't think I fully understand where hand placement goes and everything. When I try it out this weekend I'll be sure to have some questions for you This seems very promising!

No, that is weird. Although I'm sure many have experimented and found that stretch themselves. But it proves for me to be extremely effective - Hanging is not an option for me

I just tried this last night. First time doing it, but the stretch was intense, and I like how there is almost 2 simultaneous stretches going on. But it also seems very easy to injure yourself if not conditioned yet. Best to wait until 4-5 months of PE are under your belt.

Smile Question about JAI & Internal Streches

Hi:
Started 4 months ago with progress. Great for me & wife. Question about internal & JAI streches. It seem that I get quite hard while doing these two streches. Not sure if this is good or bad. I have no pain but get hard. Any advice.
