The great thing is who ever stretches this part??? the majority of the schlong is inside the body anyways!!! No kidding I've gained +1 in a very short time (5 weeks) with only 3 or less days per week! Although I think it might also be all of the jelquing and edging and ballooning and Uli Squeezes hahaha
Ok i think i got it, now do you keep your penis in the flaccid state or semi erect, fully erect.

Hey there, The "ligament " spoken of ,is the penis root base that you feel when you grip under the scrotum.
There are 3 sections ,one in the middle ,with the urethra, and one on either side. You stretch the whole
base, gently. Go easy on these stretches. Less is more.
Probably need a semi to feel the whole system.

Definitely flaccid. Although for the tissues to be relaxed enough it's ok to have a 20% semi

Finding it: I can't feel the inner penis unless I am stretched out already. Pull out Then reach under your scrotum. You will feel your penis in there - you may have to push and feel around a bit. Then use a couple fingers and gently "pull the trigger". You will feel it guranteed the first time you have done it right

FOUND IT!!!!

I dont know if a video will do much more than the explanation gives to be honest. One thing I tried was trying to locate it closer to my penis

Yes! that's exactly right! It is closer to your penis, and as you will discover as it stretches - it sort of 'goes within' your body at a certain point. Good to know your anatomy.

Also I'm not sure a video would help since it is locating it within your body. might get difficult to see the subtle action of the trigger fingers

I also stretch that ligament by gently pulling on my whole package behind the balls. This also helps grow the testes and lengthen their hang. It's easier to find this ligament that to feel the suspensory ligament, but I also try to stretch that one the same way - but pulling down toward 6 o'clock.

Just be careful and pay attention to your anatomy, and don't overstretch.
