Thumbs up Internal Penis Stretching

Hi all, please try this new technique I've been using for stretching the inner penis, you won't be dissapointed. As it turns out I have a 6:30 LOT so I need lots of stretching varieties!!!

So the idea is to 'coax' more of the penis out from inside your body...everybody has got a huge one, just waiting to come out. THis one stretches inner, outer, everything.

-=-Internal stretch #1 -=-

-Grab head and pull straight out with one hand
-with other hand, reach below your ballsack near your perenium, you will feel the penis ligament.
-while penis is outstretched use your underneath fingers, pulling the 'underneath' ligament to one side, trust me you will feel that stretch It will feel like you are pulling a trigger.
-HOLD IT HOLD IT HOLD IT!!! very important b/c the tunica requires this prolonged stretching
-you can even combine this with kegels which puts even more stretch into it

Do this 6-12 times holding each for 30s minimum, I (try to) hold mine for 1min each.

The great thing is who ever stretches this part??? the majority of the schlong is inside the body anyways!!! No kidding I've gained +1 in a very short time (5 weeks) with only 3 or less days per week! Although I think it might also be all of the jelquing and edging and ballooning and Uli Squeezes hahaha

Glad to see another "internal" stretch being invented. An inch in 5 weeks is incredible - were you a beginner at the start of the 5 weeks?

PE zen , Are you talking about the base of the penis "ie" ligament, and stretching to one side?And do you do the other side stretching the other direction also? I've done this as an experiment and like the feel. Got an inch with this ?!! Excellent!!

Glad to see you guys are interested...

-To find this 'internal' ligament area, stand up just pull your member straight out 9:00. Feel underneath your scrotum (your balls will hang over your hand) but PUSH inside and feel around til you feel the ligament, which IS THE PENIS!!! but the inner part - you can feel it all the way down until you reach the 'taint'

-don't 'pull the trigger' too hard at first, but as you hold it you can gradually increase resistance.

- Basically you are creating 2 angles of stretch, one for the outer penis, and one for the inner, but they compliment eachother very nicely!

-Make sure to switch hands. You can also create various angles with both hands and experiment with that!

b.t.w. this stretch is not the only cause of that gain...i've been modifying pe techniques for some time now.

As one who is predisposed to cum quick, edging and ballooning have helped a great deal, but also with increasing SIZE!! both erect and flaccid.

Also as a warmup rather than the ol' hot towel technique I am seriously considering a BATHMATE!!! for both before and after PE routine - this I've read numerous posts doubles the effectiveness of PE

why I like the bathmate:

1) warm water warms up penis more than other pumps

2) pumping regularly with definitely ADD to your gains, no doubt

3) you must do manual jelq and stretch exercizes in addition

4) edging and ballooning!!!
