Default How to increase intensity of workout?

Hey guys,

I started doing PE since May-ish of this year and want to start increasing the intensity of my workout...but not sure exactly what to do. I'm not sure whether I need to replace one exercise with another or what. This is what I'm doing now on my workout days:

30 minutes of Kegels while I watch use the computer/watch tv
30+/-minutes Edging usually till when I reach the PONR and hold a Kegel so I don't ejaculate
Basic stretching pt1: pulling flaccid penis - left, right, up, down for 15 seconds each way...10 minutes in total, kegelling while stretching every 2nd minute
Basic stretching pt2: pulling flaccid penis - straight out for 15 seconds, kegelling for another 15 seconds, then releasing for a few seconds. 4 reps.
JAI stretch for 20 reps
Internal stretch (the one where you grab your testicles with one hand and hold up, grab your penis with the other and stretch straight up): holding for 30 seconds, 6 reps
Flaccid Bend (30-50% erect): 20 seconds per bend - up, down, left, right. 1-2 reps each way depending on my mood and how tired I feel.
A-Stretch: 6 reps, holding for 30 seconds.
25-30 minutes of wet jelq (30-50% erect) - Kegels every so often.
3 Uli's - 30-40 seconds each (can't seem to get 100% erect when I try these after the workout...about 90% when I do them)

Kegels and edging done separately from main stretches and jelqing exercises, main exercise takes roughly 60 minutes from when I start stretching to finish jelqing.

So basically I want to start doing more intense exercises. Hoping you guys can guide me in the right direction because I want to make sure I get the max gains in the smallest amount of time possible for my body.

Should I replace my normal jelqs with erect jelqs...or shorten the duration of jelqing and add erect jelqs in there? Same thing with the stretches/erect stretches.

Any guidance is very appreciated.

Kev

Hey Kevin

What are your initial stats?

What is your objective? Length or girth?

Your routine has way too many exercises. It gets really difficult to keep up with all that.

You need to select a handful of intense exercises to work on.

You need:
1) Jelqs (semi erect or erect, depending on if you want length or girth)
2) Squeezing/clamping/Uli
3) Flaccid bend (O bend exercise)
4) Stretching
5) Kegels

Check the higher intensity level exercises: http://www.pegym.com/forums/advanced...rth-guide.html

Again, I need to know your objective before I can really help you. Check out the exercises, take a few that you like and stick it in a routine.

Example:
Warm up
5 way basic stretch + rotate
jelq
o bend

next day:
warm up
jelq
o bend
squeeze/uli

Hey there, thanks for the reply

I didn't know how to measure my starting erect girth when I started, so I only have my starting erect length of 5.5" with a goal of about at least 7". Currently I am at 5.75" erect length. I am happy with the proportion of my girth to length and so want them to increase together at hopefully the same rate. But at the end of the day it's the length I want to increase the most.

I wouldn't mind trying semi-erect/full erect jelqs...do I need to do those exercises for a shorter time than the more flaccid jelqs?

From what I understand about your example is that to mix up what exercises I do per day?

Let me know if there's anything else you need to know about my routine.
