Hey guys, I have to say that I've been PE'ing off and on for at least half a year, but now I've started a very regular plan that I'm pretty happy with. I'm working on my length more than my girth recently, based on remek's TGC Theory post: http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...explained.html Both my BPFSL and BPEL are 6" So lately I've been incorporating the JAI stretch in my routine. The problem is that as soon as I start I start to get an erection which is a big problem considering this exercise needs flaccid to low erection level. I don't have a problem with controlling my erection level when I do regular stretching or jelqing. Any tips? Last edited by groverwolver; 10-13-2009 at 05:56 PM. |

Try and watch a movie or the news or something while you stretch. If distraction doesn't work, simply allow it to become flaccid again before stretching. If its stubborn about returning to flaccid quickly then maybe you need to blow a nut before exersizing to take the edge off.

Blow a nut! I like that one. I used to have this issue and I still do get to about 50% erection after about 30 JAI's. you could break your stretches down into more sets with say 10 reps instead of 30. Of course this is based on me, adjust accordingly to suit how quickly you get erect. Also as PH said think about something else, incorporating this with smaller sets should do the trick. You can gradually increase reps as your control becomes better. Whilst JAI stretching remember to SLOWLY increase the pulling power and NEVER try and pull your dick off with these.

Jia stretches should only be done for 2 seconds apiece (Gently stretch for 2 seconds-rest 2seconds etc.) Think quick and easy. When you go to the rest room you can do them. 1)Gentle 2)Quick 3)Easy Remember if your pulling to hard and long it is not a Jia(it is masturbation-Joke intended) Short and sweet.
