Unhappy Numbness in my glans!

Guys: A few months back, I read a post about an exercise to increase the glans size. I tried it and followed the exercise to a "t." However, over time (it took a while for me to notice), my glans lost some sensation. I could really tell the difference when my wife was giving me head. I still get erect and can still cum, but it doesn't feel as good due to the loss of sensation. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this nerve damage (I assume) and if so, will the damage repair itself in time? Other than a little bit of sex, I have not done ANY PE exercises for 2 weeks. Please offer some advice...

Give it a few days more rest. If the sensation does not come back go see a doctor.

I read about the exercise on this forum. I'm not trying to tattle on anyone or anything like that. This person shared an exercise that made sense and worked for them. Unfortunately, for some reason, I have seen some negative effect. I guess I had hoped someone else out there might have had a similar experience and could offer some encouragement.

The exercise is like an intense jelq where you are totally flacid and use lots of lube. You start at the base and force blood towards the glans. Then, when you get to the point on the shaft where you can't continue because of the blood moving towards the glans, you use your index or ring finger (on the underneath side of the penis) to gently apply pressure for a split second (like a brief contraction). I did no more than 2 minutes of those in a PE session. Someone had shared this exercsise and I have seen some results, BUT gradually I started losing sensation of hot and cold JUST TO THE GLANS. If something similar to this has happened to someone else, please let me know how long it took to heal.

PE4GOOD....I had the same exact thing happen to me! Same exercise which sounds like a version of the ULI. I too lost that sensitivity and became worried about the long term. I gave it about two weeks and the problem went away ( no jerking off or sex). I haven't had the problem since. I do these all the time and have found that you need to take it very slow in the beginning. Six months in and this exercise has been responsible for most of my girth gains. To think it almost ended my PE goals for ever. Good luck I hope this helps!

If you're totally flaccid there'd be very little blood going to the glans. A flaccid jelq with a lot of lube is also contrary. Most dry jelqs are done flaccid with most of the emphasis being on length.

You guys should be very careful with some of these "new" exercises.

Double Down (and others): thanks for the encouragement. It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't had much improvement. However, as much as it hurts to say this, I have to keep my wife off of me until the sensation is back. This is a good decon time anyway for me. It can be tricky. Everyone here means well, and when we learn of something a bit different that has worked wonders for someone else, if it seems "okay," most people will give it a shot. Maybe I didn't read a direction carefully enough, etc. I will have to be more careful. Just hope I begin to feel hot and cold again in my glans. Thanks again.
