Hi People, Im looking for a length routine to use. Ive been going for 6 months now and am still doing a lot of basic stretching and rotor stretches plus JAI's to finish. My length gains have seem to slowed down so am in need of another kick to my length routine. Thanks in advance Mr C

look a little tricky but I shall add them to the end of my stretching routine and take out the a-stretch cause really dont like these. do you think its best to have agirth routine and a length rotine like I do or to mix them up? Im considering doing length one day then girth the next with two days off cause the horse squeezes are very intense and I think I need two days recovery after them!

That's up to you as to whether you need to break it up mrcarrick, remember only you know what it "feels" like. If it is too intense break it up.
