Hey guys, I posted this question on another forum, and am reposting it here in an effort to get as many opinions as possible on this issue. Hi guys, after making what I see now as extremely fast newbie gains, I feel I am hitting the wall, and have decided to take a 10 day decon break. I would like to know what you all think: is 10 days long enough? And during those 10 days, should I avoid all stretches and everything related to PE? Or would it be beneficial to do daily light stretches just for maintenance? I would especially like to hear input from any of you who have incorporated deconditioning breaks into your growth routines. Thanks for your time.

What The Hell 1+ inches in 2 months! Thats insane man, you think the gains were more of an EQ improvement than actual "gains" or are you just the luckiest Mofo on this Forumn

![]() | Althought my EQ has improved, I did gain like crazy. That being said, I did work 4-6 hrs a day (sometimes longer), 5 days a week (sometimes 6) to make the gains I did. And I worked at really high intensity. Fortunately, I had prior groundwork laid with previous PE experimentation, and my dick can evidently take a beating, but I am now hitting the edge of my envelope, which is why I am planning a deconditioning break.

Take your break......pull on it, scratch it, heat it up occasionally, have sex, masturbate..............do whatever feels good and don't ignore it, just don't do any exersize routines.

just warm ur johnson for 7 minutes everday on decon break and do a edging/balloning drill once every 4 days.
