Default Girth program

So i originally posted this in the beginner then I realized that here might be the more appropriate forum.

For the past month I have been doing this routine:

40 minutes warm up
5x1 minute tunica tugs
25 jelqs
5X20 seconds horse squeezes as the video describes
25 jelqs
5x20 seconds horse squeezes
25 v jelqs
10 20 second Uli's
3-4 minutes cool down

I have not seen any measurable gains in the girth of my shaft and I have been PEing for 3 months. For a while I really felt like I was making gains but then they regressed. I'm thinking I've possibly been over training, because I'm reading the trouble gaining girth thread and it's saying not to do uli type workouts more than twice a week. I've been doing this routine 2 days on 1 day off. I'm changing my routine and I'm looking for help.

K so here is my proposed new routine:

Day 1:

Warm up 40 minutes
5x1 minute tunica tugs
Full set o-bends
30 jelqs (8 second strokes)
30 v-jelqs (8 second strokes)
1 set slinky bend
3-4 cool down
60 minutes edging

Day 2:

Warm up 40 minutes
5x1 minute tunica tugs
20 jelqs (8 second strokes)
20 v-jelqs (8 second strokes)
5x10 jelq stretch*
3-4 minute cool down
60 minutes edging

Day 2 (alternate):

Warm up 40 minutes
5x1 minute tunica tugs
5x
10x SG High Erection Level Jelq
Helicopter shakes
1x 30 second Uli
3-4 minute cool down
60 minutes edging

Day 3:

Rest

I have 2 day 2s written because I am not sure which one to go with. What do you think? I just ordered Andractim last week so that is why I'm doing the edging. Also, I don't quite understand how to do slinky bends from the explanations I've seen, can any one help me with that?

To prevent any confusion. The day 2 alternate is supposed to look like this:

Warm up 40 minutes
5x1 minute tunica tugs
5x
10x SG High Erection Level Jelq
Helicopter shakes
1x 30 second Uli
3-4 minute cool down
60 minutes edging

and I am also considering just doing day 1 as both day one and 2 and changing the slinky bends to 6X double uli's for 30 seconds. In addition I am gonna to tunica tugs after all cool downs because I hear of the study that said the best way to elongate rats tails was to stretch them while they were warm to get them to be longer than they normally are, and then to continue stretching while the tail is cold. It is obviosly difficult to stretch while you are in the act of cooling down unless if you have an ice back and want to submerge the lower half of your body in it, but it worked well at getting me close to the size I was right before cool down.

Does anyone have any imput? I really want to be on the right track without any further delay. I just had a pretty traumatic experience involving my lack of girth (4.15-4.2 EG) and getting my life back in order is really closely related to getting up to an acceptable girth. Even just being on a program that is giving positive PIs would do tremendous things for my hope in life. Anti-depressants can only do so much (i'm on a kind that doesn't have the possible ED side effect because I was having ED troubles with the normal ones.)

Since July so it's been 3-4 months and I have seen no girth gains. I actually was initially getting really good PIs with the program that I was doing for the past three weeks. I stopped last week to take a break because the PIs seemed to be wearing off. However, I'm not sure I was also stressed at the time so that may have been a contributing factor. I took 5 days off and my EQ didn't improve to where it was on the previous sunday (not yesterday but the one before). After the 5 days off my avg flaccid girth actually shrunk about half an inch. My original program was definitely too much for 2 days in a row but it might not have been that bad if I always got a rest day after the routine. What combo do you think is the best?

This is kind of off the topic of the thread but do you know if there is a way to loosen the muscles controlling blood leading into your penis. I guess that would be the pc muscle and I don't know what else. I think that may be part of my problem. I tend to be in a state of shrinkage pretty often and after getting some good erections from PE I noticed that my penis actually has more potential I just don't have the blood flow. PE is helping with that, but I feel like there might also be something to keep the muscles in a relaxed state more often.

Note: For my original routine I was actually doing what the trouble with girth thread was labeling double uli's

If you overdone kegels then their is a chance that your BC muscle is strained. If this is the case than apply a hot rice sock to the base of your penis may help.

You actually warm up for 40 minutes? Wow. That has to be a record.
