Default One week strict decon break

For those of you who have been exercising consistently for months now, it's time to take a little deconditioning break.

One week off, no PE, no kegels, no warming up, no bed fowfers and no masturbation.

One week starting today (Monday) and ending next week on Monday.

Avoid touching your penis as much as you can. While you're at it, avoid thinking about sex.

This is a super strict week to teach you to leave your penis alone. We are obsessed with our organ, it needs to be left alone for a few days. A break also gets your EQ back up (because everything is fully healed). You might notice gains on your decon break!

Sex is only permitted if you're in a relationship/married. Even then, try to turn it a tad down. Let the cocks heal!

You know im not arguing with you i agree with you. Especially concerning younger men. But us older guys if we take a vacation to long we start to lose EQ. I for work related reasons have not wanked in 4 days Eq sucked boner not as fat. but give me a few more wank session i'll be over 6" girth again. Why i did this last week also and Eq sucked but after a few days of edging it all came back.

Anyone have any thoughts on this. Im listening to the radio for answers radiohead, hehehehehe.

Warm up should be allowed It help to regenerate tissus and keep good circulation in unit so good healing process !

Yeah warming up is really good I agree...but the idea of a real decon break is to also decondition your mind for a week and not think of your penis whatsoever.

I must admit, I cheated tonight and rubbed one out while studying

Radiohead you are 100% correct on this one. Idk what it's like for older guys, I can see where Kingpole is coming from, but I'm 19. I was just advising a hard gainer who private messaged me to take a few weeks off, and told him my story: Last summer I did PE for about 3 months, measuring every now and then, seeing no gains. Then I took about 2 weeks off to move into college and get acquainted with that lifestyle. During this time I didn't masturbate, edge, and barely ever got an erection due to being so busy at first. Indeed my mind was completely off the penis. After I got settled down and started back up again, I measured and had gained 5. inch. Woot. So I did another 3 months of PE, not really seeing any significant gains. Then I took about another 2-3 weeks off when I went home for the holidays. During that break, after about a week, I measured and had gained another 5. inch. Woot. Nowadays I do NOT even bother measuring in the heat of my routine. The deconditioning break is essential to gains in my opinion.

Yea I considered that. The gains came during the time off and fairly rapidly. The fact that it happened twice in the exact same fashion would make me believe it's a result of PE. However, it could have been a combination, and PE could have been the boost I needed. I don't think natural growth alone would happen that quickly, but it could, which might be considered miraculous. If I gradually gained the inch over the 6 months, then I'd say it would be a possibility. But to naturally gain half an inch in a few weeks, then the same thing later... to me that is the result of tissue rebuilding and healing from the months of working out, as Radiohead described. I'm trying the same thing this year, so in a few months I will have a better idea of my growth.
