Red face Efficient Clamping with your HANDS!!!!

Hi All! Just developed a new way to clamp with your two hands using very simple techniques!

Basically using a cable clamp is fine but who wants to spend the money? Here is the instructions:

1) Warm up thoroughly - 10-15min plenty of heat

.2) get aroused to a FULL erection, then kegel hard and hold for 5 sec. This is to subtly expand your tissues in the inner penis - I found this is great when it precludes girth exercizes

3) when your erection gets to 70-80%, apply your hand clamp. Make an OK sign palm down (just like jelquing) at the base of your penis squeezing at a CONSISTENT medium pressure - this may vary from person to person so use caution. Make sure you keep the squeeze the same strength no matter how the penis is behaving- this mimicks the cable clamp.

4) While you apply the clamp, with your other hand arouse yourself. During this time blood will flow into the penis, but you don't want it to flow out! This is the meaning behind keeping the hand's grip consistent. You will feel your erection get REALLY HARD EQ 10+++! This is good. Hold the clamp as long as desired up to 15min (if you remain at full erection). Otherwise release the hold completely for 15sec then get back to 80% erection and repeat steps 2-4. Take periodic breaks and apply heat. Of course you have to maintain grip strength so your thumb+1stfinger muscles need to be strong!

Time: Do this for anywhere between 1-5min per rep, for beginners 3x easy reps...for advanced 12x reps (according to penis conditioning), depending on your grip strength and stamina.

Take Care!: this is an advanced exercize! Make sure you are conditioned for at least 3 months before attempting. Modify as necessary as per individual tolerance.

Kegels: kegels are great during this exercize if you maintain your grip. But please be careful. kegels expand all tissues in the penis and can help make exercizes more efficient in my opinion.

This is a great and simple exercize in conjunction with your regular PE routine. Do them on opposite days as Jelq's. This is because you need to take care when doing girth routines. Make sure you use heat throughout and alternating with stretching in between is what I normally do with great results.

Uli is when you squeeze, that is the technique that I have seen and the link that you posted. I have added the extra arousing while keeping the clamp, so technically this technique is different!

Yes, I agree KP - We are similar in that we do hybrid this and hybrid that - my penis is so CONFUSED but that is good, right?

I'm sure this has been done before in some fashion, but I researched thoroughly the clamping literature and the novel part of the current thread's routine vs. the 'Uli' is the concept of progressive engorgement in order to appropriately facilitate tunica expansion (this was taken from TP's forum):

"Clamping restricts blood from flowing out of the penis while still allowing limited inflow. Because blood is still flowing into the penis, and not any is leaving, there is an extraordinary amount of pressure built up.
• The pressure built up while clamping expands the tissues in the penis beyond its normal erection state. By expanding the penis tissues multiple times, it slowly becomes permanent.
• Thus, clamping achieves results by permanently distorting the penis into a state larger than normal."

The normal Uli does not accomplish this. Also there is some danger with doing either clamp or Uli at 100% erection, don't pop a vessel.

I'm glad to see others are doing this. I have stumbled upon this myself while trying to get more out of the Uli. Yes you can get a 10+ erection for sure. I have noticed better fullness and pressure if I do these dry verses wet. I like the idea of alternating days on and off with jelq routine. Good stuff..huh?

When my girth gains seemed to peak from horse squeezes, I started doing a bit of the clamping and kegelling first, and then horse squeezing. I think I'm on the upside again but only time will tell. If not, then I'll drop the horse squeezes and just go full-on hand clamping like you describe.
