Guys, firstly, apologies for the length of this post. Hopefully some of you will stick with and read the lot as I really need some help. Basically I've hit a wall and I really need your help as I'm getting quite depressed about it. Right where to start, basically I've not gained anything for about 5 months and I don't know where to turn. I've tried to "mix up" my routine by changing what I do and keep my penis on it's toes, however I'm really struggling to get any results. In brief, when I started out I went from around 5.8 inches BPEL to my current 6.5 inches BPEL, so I have gained. However now I just seem to be stuck. I've also not really had any increases in my girth so far. Here is my current routine which consists of three separate workouts. Remember, my goal is to "mix it up" and keep my body guessing! Routine 1 - Pump day - Pump at 5 in/HG for 10 minutes ensuring that the tube is wrapped with a rice sock for heat - Release pressure and massage / jelq for 5 minutes - Re-apply pump at 5 in/HG for another 10 minutes. - Release pressure and jelq / massage and stretch for 15 minutes. - Warm down. Routine 2 - Non-Pump day 1 - 10-15 minute warm up with rice sock - 35 Tension stretches (progressively adding 2 reps a week) - 35 semi erect (75%) squeezes (progressively adding 2 reps a week) - Warm down Routine 3 - Non-Pump day 2 - 10-15 minute warm up with rice sock - 2 x 5 way stretches holding each stretch for 30 seconds. After each stretch, 10 rotator stretches left and 10 right. - 1 x BTC stretches (left, right and straight behind), holding for 30 seconds each. - 15 minutes wet jelqing at 50-75%. - Warm down. Supplemental: - Over the last few weeks added some light ADS. I have a silicon cup attached on a bungee to a strap just below my knee and have been working from 6-8 hours a day. - I also do sets of kegals each day. - When I visit the bathroom I do JAI stretches. **Here is the deal breaker for me though - I noticed when I was gaining, after each workout I'd have a slightly sore, almost dull ache at the base of my ligs. My unit felt fatigued and worked out. Right now, with the above routine and any routine I've tried recently, I do not get this dull ache anymore! After a workout my dick feels good but there is no ache the next day. There no soreness, no ache, no dull lig feelings, nothing. I just feel totally normal. I can increase my intensity, but I don't want to injure myself, but I don't really know what to do next. Just to add, I've tried a lot of different exercises - Tension stretches, erect squeezes, DLD Blasters, etc and I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I've spent sooooo much money on stretching devices and vitamens to try and assist me in my manual PE work, but nothing. My PI's however are great. I get morning wood each morning, my dick feels great and seems to hang well, but it just doesn't seem to want to grow. So can anyone help me? I know everyone asks for a routine, but I just need to try something new. Things are not working for me and I really want to see some gains and will do anything to achieve this. To give you an idea of my recent workouts for October, I've put a snapshot of my log below. Normally I'd advise a change in routine or something, you seem to have done that though! The only thing I can think of is, like you said, how you've been doing your routine. There's no set order to it and you have very few rest says, if I was doing 4 on I'd probably take 2 off to recover. You need to give your penis time to grow and it looks like you're getting so distressed with your lack of growth that you're not allowing it to! Try sticking to a routine that suits you, say: Pump day Non-pump day 1 Non-pump day 2 Rest day (Reapeat) That's just an example, all I'm trying to say if you need structure and plenty of rest. Hi LookAlive, Well I think the reason I increased the days I was working out was because I just didn't feel any fatigue at all. It's like my dick has become immune to pain! When I started I used to get a dull ache which suggested to me that I was doing things right. It's the sort of ache that you get when you've had a good workout at the gym. It's not painful but it lets you know that you've had a good workout. Unfortunately, these days it seems that I can do whatever I want and it doesn't ache the next day. I think the reason I've not grown is that I'm not "hitting the zone" as it were and that's what I'm trying to get back to do. I don't know how to do that though ![]() I like your suggestion, but if I don't feel anything by doing the sorts of reps I have been doing, then reducing the days will probably do even less for me (this is an assumption of course). Perhaps I just need to go back to basics...or perhaps I should take a totally fresh approach and try something like hanging. I dunno, I just feel a bit lost at the moment.....

Have you considered taking a break? Like a one or two week break? This would let you forget about the stress of PE for a while and maybe plan a well structured routine. You could try hanging, it seems like it's worth a shot! I know what feeling you're talking about, I can always tell when I've had a particularly good session. I think what you need is a break and then upon return to PE a more structured routine. |

Yup lookalive is right. Uve gaind .7 inch in 5 months!!! .7 5 months!!! In 5 months. U get a whopping .7 inch! Thats awesome. Dnt rush things. Only measure once a month. Focus on girth. Like make d routine 70% girth and 30% length to get girth gains. Relax and enjoy this. This is not a race.the most important part is that ur healthy. Ur dick is certainly healthy and that ur having fun.

I might add into this to try weights. I was doing a fair amount of stretches and jelq but it wasn't until I started hanging that I was getting "sore" again. I agree with the rest element too. Even the break mentioned above. I do 5 on/2 off right now after doing a 1 on/1 off because my gains were slow. But otherwise you seem to be doing good exercises and maybe the body is just slowing up a bit.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Well it's quite simple then, I'm going to take a break and then come back and try some hanging. My girth is fine and if I do add anything to it then that's cool, but I'm really not too worried about it. I'm already 6 inches girth at my base and 5.5 inches at my mid-shaft, so I'm not really that focused on girth. My main goal at the moment is to get some more length and to achieve this, stretching is going to be the best route. Thanks for your sensible comments though, I do appreciate it
