Any thread on the forum to a thread where we can find All links and information about different types of devices?

So we who are wealthy enough to buy everything we might need on our journey.. I know I want a good list of different stretchers, different devices for girth workout, different heaters (Before as warmup and maybe a heater for continously holding the heat?


Some of us are low on motivation so we need something for our routine, something to make it feel easier..

Don't have the links but:

Warming, use rice a rice sock. Simple to make and works as well as heater. Fill a hole free tube sock with about a pound of rice. Heat this in the microwave for a minute and wrap you friend in the heated sock. You will have to experiment to find the right amount of time as output of microwaves vary. This will stay warm for 20 minutes or better.

See Big Al's post on make a hanging device from an old sock. Sorry don't have a link. Again this is something you should have around the house.

Cable clamps for clamping cost about three dollars. They have a website and can give you the name of your local supplier.

Except for the rice sock, these are advanced exercises, see the warnings concerning these.
