I've finally found a great way to edge/balloon that I can maintain a very hard erection for longer periods of time. I mean, my dick points 12:00 straight vertical EQ 10+++!!!! Here's how I do it: 1. I Lube up with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion (this is great lotion that stays slippery for a long time and is docor approved, and my skin is very smooth and healthy )2. Slow masturbation for 10min or so - to warm up the tissues 3. Achieve 100% Erection 4. "Kegelstroke" - this is the secret to the technique. It involves being somewhat high arousal level, close to the PONR. **1 upward stroke with my hand, followed by + 1 immediate Kegel = 1 "kegelstroke" (I don't downward stroke - this would be masturbation and plus would be too stimulating). I repeat step 4 over and over doing between 15min-45min, and it effectively pumps more and more blood in naturally while simultaneously exercizing the PC, and also testosterone and pro recovery nutrients are flowing as well... The internal pressure and blood supply gets to the point where a simple kegel feels like it could explode blood out of your peehole Of course it doesn't but what it does do is give you a RAGING BONER! Doing this after workouts and as afternoon booster sessions. Doing this on a regular basis can lead to much stronger and larger erection level - this is the theory behind ballooning, increasingly blowing up the balloon that is your penis. Now when I get an erection it is a seriously...hard...erection

What do you call this type of excercise, Balloooning or edging: Jerk off slow for 5minutes when fully erect and aroused I jerk off haaaaaaard until it almost comes out, then i stop, then i start right away, its like my PONR is almost coming for 10-15minutes but I adjust my handstrokes to make it less stimulating when im about to bust, that holds my PONR back and then i keep going and going,, can go on forever but i get tired after 20-30min without any drugs ![]() This is a remix of ballooning and edging I understand? - this i do without thinking, I do this everyday 1-3times,,, meanwhile steroidcycle I did jerk off 10times aday 15-20minutes :O Do you see this as a conditioning routine? I've been doing this since always.. I need a GIRTH exercise!!!!! am I ready or do i have to jelq for 1-3months before jumping to some heavier girth workout? or can i try same heavy girth workout others conditioned PE'rs use and use less intensity than others?Thanks fellas |

pe Zen: I do something very similar to your kegelstroke whenever I'm edging. I try to stay as close as possible to my ponr (that feeling like you're about to sneeze, only it's in your penis) for as long as possible without going over the edge. I do this by very gently rubbing my unit at the base and slowly working my way up to my frenulum with kegels in between.
