I assume most people are the same, but the tension on my penis is at its greatest (with the extender on) when it is at 90 degrees to my body. When it falls to its natural position, the tension is ever so slightly reduced. Now when I sit at my desk throughout the day with my extender on, what I do is I put my legs up on a small stall, and ensure my penis is resting on my legs. Therefore with my legs being 90 degrees, my penis is now also 90 degrees. Sometimes when no one is around I give it a bit of a feel, and I can feel that I have maximum tension. I think thats really important (and this is only my person opinion), that you maximise the tension and stretch with the extender on.

For me, the most important thing with ADS is that it has to be comfortable. If it's not, then you're not going to be able to wear it for long. I actually bought mine off eBay for about $40-50 and it's exactly the same as the Vac ADS that is sold for almost double this price. I also think it's more discreet as it's less bulky. I'm happy to give details if anyone is interested, so PM me

Reet, can you post a link please? I just ordered 6 more constriction sleeves, but the shipping rates are killing me. $25 to send one little $7 piece of silicone.

http://stores.ebay.com/esl40 I really like it as the cup is thicker and hold much more strongly. Give it a week or so to loosen up those. I found initially that my glans got a little bit cold but now they're fine. This device is also a lot less bulky than a lot of other vacuum type ADS devices on the market which makes it much easier to use ![]() Hope this helps.

I did a little test. Measured BPFSL this morning at 8". Kept my traction device on as long as I could, so I recon 6 hours with breaks in between. Measured not long after I took it off, and I measured at 8 1/8. This is obvious that one would expect it to be longer, however I am posting it just incase its not obvious. As Phibby's said previously he likes to stretch to prevent turtling, so if we are stretching it to the length we WANT it to be, that must be a good thing right?

1. How much tension can it take before that little clip rips out of the silicone? 2. The suction from this may give water blisters the same I got from the vacextender before I used the constriction sleeve.
