Default Hanging to target the tunica.

I want to start hanging in the near future, but all the hangers I see fit around the whole shaft, so only the ligs are being stretched. Can anyone tell me how to make, or find a hanger that you position lower down your shaft so the tunica is stretched too.

Also, is it safe to do this?

There is a homemade hanger on the site somewhere...i cant remember where..if i find it I'll let you know

I found it. It is Make a penis weight hanger- with routine! I dont know how to link it but I found it by typing hanger in the search area on the forums page. Hope it helps. I'm sure someone will be able to put a link to it. It was written by Big Al in the advanced and devices section.

Glad you posted this thread - I was interested in the same thing, targeting the tunica. And for 2 weeks now I have used my homemade device (pipe repair clamp and ace bandage) to target tunica stretches. I sit down, and the rope goes over a chair essentially pulling my penis UP. there are pics on a thread somewhere I posted...

Guys, before you start hanging, are you sure that you want to target the tunica and not the ligs?

There are three simple tests you can perform that Bib (over at Bib Hangers.com) has come up with that can tell you the state of your ligs. By this, I mean that you can work out how tight your ligs are and potentially how much you could gain by stretching just the ligs themselves.

I would suggest that you research this first before you start hanging as you may indeed find that lig stretching benefits you more than tunica stretching.

I'm just about to start hanging but have done a lot of research around it. There is a lot of reading to do but it does appear to be a very sound and effective method.

I think the max vac stretches the hole penis .

that's the one im going to try soon.

I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing :

25mcg -igf
every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping
