Thanks everyone for the advice. I've actually been clamping since April, but sporadically. I'll focus on that and was thinking of jelquing a few days a week when my break ends. A routine I had been thinking of was this; jelq for 15-20 minutes 2 days a week, and clamp for 30 minutes the other 2 days. There would be a day off in between so actually it wouldn't be a week, more like a day-on, day-off split to use a bodybuilding analogy. Thoughts, comments, suggestions??

Oh, ps, erections are much improved already after 9 days off now. They actually started to improve with just 2-3 days off. I would rate them as 9's now. Burt
