October 14, 2008, the day I started PE. I had seen ads and references to penile enlargement but had written them off as being just BS. But on this day, I started and took a chance with an extender. I was very faithful in using it, and my results happened very quick. In just over a little over 3 months, I put on half and inch in length and girth, putting me at 6.75 BPEL and 5.7 EG. I was very pleased. Fast forward to March '09, and the gains were still coming, although slower. I was measuring 6.9 x 6.25 ( at base). Two months later, May, and I was over 7'', coming in between 7.125-7.25'', BPEL...girth was the same. And since then, nothing. I increased the intensity, by adding manual exercises, and still nothing. Or nothing except my BPSFL which is now 7.75'', sometimes very close to a full 8''. Since I've been gaining nothing for 5 or 6 months, I've decided to take a break and re-evaluate. Mostly all my work has been geared towards length, with just a little focused on girth. After reading the TGC theory, I think my limiting factor is the smooth muscle, not the tunica, since my BPFSL is 1/2 to 3/4'' over my BPEL. Erection wise, I would rate most of them at 8+. I'm not a teen anymore, I'm 31, so I don't get as many 10's on the scale as I used to. My overall health is excellent, I'm very physically active, workout religiously, eat well, don't smoke, etc. I'm looking for some advice please, especially from senior members that have some years of experience under their belt. I'm thinking I should take a decon break, then resume a PE routine that focuses on the smooth muscle like jelqs, Uli's, etc.. Any comments or suggestions would be great. Thank you, Burt |

First let me applaude you for your dedication and success. I think a decon break would be a great idea as long as you inlcude some form of maitenance, such as edging and/or sex and also include your extender only rather than stretching with tension, stretch only enough to extend your unit to comfortable full length. Relax for 2 weeks doing this and then start a regular program after the break. My philosophy has been and will be that I will in no way endanger myself or my unit with extreme exercises or devices when I know I can gain safely doing a moderately simple routine. Since you've studied the TGC theory you have a good idea as to where you might need to focus and coupled with the fact that you've made some pretty good decisions so far, I'd say go with your gut. Best of luck and continued gains to you Burt!!

The 2 week decon break sounds great...actually I was thinking of more. I love doing PE, so an extended break, like months for example, would be hard for me. Onward and upward! | |

I'm the same way. On the same note, you know how when you get up in the morning and you stretch and flex to get the muscles loose and the blood pumping before meeting the day? Well there's nothing wrong with a few little tugs and pulls here and there on your unit as well. It sleeps and it also awakens. I'm a big proponent of never letting it turtle and also slight stimulation (not really exersize) throughout the day and night.

Yes, exactly. I think turtling is bad, too. A few light stretches and some helicopters can work wonders. But other than that, I'm going to take it easy for a while. Burt

Time to work on EQ and forget PE for six months. You can make up the missing gains by edging 3-4 daysa per week to biuld up the tunica. If your EQ is not 10 then your not at your biigest possible dick yet. Work on EQ son.

You need another decon break. I would recommend clamping for your smooth muscle/EQ. Get an erection, snap a clamp on and watch how fat your penis gets. Make sure your dick is STEAMING warm. You have gained WAY more than I have since I started PE. Good job man. Trust me, you shouldn't be disappointed if the gains slow down. Youve already gained so much. 6.25 inches in girth is impressive. Make sure you keep your cock warm when you exercise. Take a hot bath every once in a while. Also, look for a shock routine. That might jump start your dick. Last edited by Radiohead; 11-16-2009 at 05:29 PM. |

![]() | 100%. You need to clamp and build the smooth muscle so you can actually fill out the extra space you've created through your length routine. I know because I have been in the same boat, and clamping has started to break me through the plateau.
