I was just wondering how many of you have a clamping routine, how long did it take for your erect girth to reach your clamped girth because im 6.1 while clamped and I would be happy with 6.1 until i could get about another inch or 2 on my length

I just started clamping about a month ago. I have no way of noticing if any length has been attained (doubtful at this stage) and if it came from the clamping or something else. I feel clamping has more of an effect on girth but then most exercises effect both somewhat. I am doing it for about 20 to 30 minutes, two to three times a week after jelqing, usually.

I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing : 25mcg -igf every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping |

I find that doing it after pumping has been great as well. There are times when the clamp is not on right and the penis does not "fill up" as well. The other day this was happening and I was fiddling around with the clamp, even sliding it down my semi erect penis towards the base and all of a sudden it just "snapped" and became rock hard. For a second I was waiting for some rush of pain but nothing happened. But there are ways to make the clamp fit better for sure.

Hey Squid, I just started clamping recently also. You are right, it takes some experimentation to get it just right, then the ROCK emerges ![]() Heres what I figured out- I place the clamp as far towards the base as possible, with a 70% erection or so and clamp it down till there are 3 notches left. Now here is the trick: as you are stimulating and it is growing in erection, point your boner towards your belly button (vertical). What this does is put slightly more pressure on the dorsal vein, causing less blood to leave the penis. This works great to achieve those skin popping erections that feel so good! |

im thinking about just trying the ok grip for clamping... it feels better and i can deal with using my fingers for 10min

Interesting Zen! Tomorrow is clamp day so will try that. So if you are sitting down, you just pull up a little, using the top of the clamp to "dig in" to the top of the erection? I've been leaving it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Was thinking of doing 2 sets of that, but the clamps usually follow 20 minutes of weights, 300 jelqs and 20 minutes of pumping so am trying not to kill it in one day

Wow Squid that is a pretty thorough workout. Usually I break it up, doing One day: weights + pump + clamp next day: weights + pump + jelq third day: weights + edge (this functions as a rest day for me) I don't want to 'overtrain' my girth, I find that my body tells me 'less is more' |
