I don't know. Maybe if you wear one every time you have sex and have sex or masturbate/edge daily. I don't recommend using one in place of a clamp though. Could be dangerous if you get too engorged and can't remove the ring. You also won't get anywhere near the pressure you would with a clamp.

i could not imagine clamping any harder be cause as it is my head feels like it could explode
also if i gently squeeze the head then my girth will almost hit 6 inches
so thats almost a half inch bigger than normal plus the pressure is intense
this ring only goes around the shaft not the balls and it has handles to make it easy to take off
ive also made one from silicone fuel tubeing for a rc car
